I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service from the Delta Shores Walmart. This has become a repeated issue, not just a one-time experience. Multiple times now, I’ve received produce like bell peppers, potatoes, onions, and bread that were either old or very close to expiration. It’s frustrating because these are basic items that should consistently be fresh. I’ve started trying to buy them in-store when I can, but that’s not always possible, which is why I rely on delivery. Today, I placed two separate delivery orders, and in both cases, several items were marked as “unavailable.” There was no effort to offer substitutions or find assistance, which feels careless and dismissive. I called yesterday about the same issue, and while the person I spoke with was polite, I clearly said I didn’t want a refund I just wanted the problem to stop. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again today. When I called back, the experience was worse. The associate refused to provide their name, saying employees aren’t allowed to do that, which felt unprofessional and lacking accountability. Given how often this happens, it’s hard to believe I’m the only one dealing with it. The service I’ve received does not reflect the rating this location has. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements, because right now, the delivery experience is unreliable and frustrating.

This is my local Walmart and every time I need assistance they call Christina the manager she always takes her time. My last visit i was looking at the kids stuff and stumbled upon a sale.i took one of the wrong item to the front and asked if they can check if they had more In stock she didn't bother too look at the item and said no and when I told her the sale price she said there's no way we're selling an item that low!! Mind you i had photos.i asked her to fix it because if I would of found the item she would of had to honor the price this girl was ignoring me the whole time. She is rude, and always has a attitude.attached atheist photos of the items on sale for 8$. Maybe she needs to train her employees better instead of having an attitude. Don't let her intimidate you.

Today I visited the Walmart at Delta Shores in Sacramento, and I used the self-checkout to buy my items. There were no posted signs about a limit on how many items you could have, so I proceeded as usual. Unfortunately, an employee I believe her name was Neelam, confronted me aggressively, accusing me of having too many items. She had a very poor attitude, and instead of calmly explaining or guiding me, she just kept harassing me. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and expected way better customer service and I will never come to this location again!

April 27, 2026 10:00 pm I’ve been here a handful of times. It’s not a bad store as I’ve never had a bad experience compared to some other locations in the surrounding areas. It was busy on this last visit, the store was well stocked, clean and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. Hopefully your experience(s) will be nothing less.

Great customer service, nice selection of glasses. Min is a the manager she is really great and personable. I always get my glasses here.
