Customer service is poor at best, garbage on a normal day. My mom and I went to pick up a few things. We had our items on the belt to be scanned, the check out was on saying it was open. The moment we were next, the cashier, Jackie, turned off the light and said "you need to go to another register, I'm going to break". No help. Unprofessional and unfriendly. I work a service job, where I work, we're told we clear our line or turn out the light before the customer gets there if we need to step away. If we turn off the light while there's a customer in our queue, we finish helping them then go to break or step out.

The customer service mentality of this store is Not MyJob!!! and yes I have actually had an employee say that to me. I understand why things are locked up but I went to get dish soap and waited about 10 minutes I heard the cabinet open and close in the other aisle and went to ask for help just to have the employees look annoyed as if you are bothering her tell me "someone else will come and help you" I let her know you have been waiting. just to have her say it again and walk off. I left and went to Family Dollar on Airport and Circle where the Gentleman there is always Nice, Friendly, and helpful.

The staff here are always polite with me I really do enjoy shopping at this store. I am sad that they change their layout and don't have a lot of what they used to have but if you need to get in and out in a hurry this is a good grocery store to go to.

Janay (the self checkout attendant) would not move so that I could get my cart into the self checkout lane properly and unload. She had an attitude and talked to everyone as if they were there to steal things. At one point someone had an issue with payment and instead of asking to get through because my cart had to be weirdly placed because of how she was standing in the area, she hit mine as I’m picking up my groceries to put back in to the cart after paying. There were no bags at all to purchase for use. Overall unsatisfied with the interaction. I don’t usually leave reviews especially negative ones but that was just a weird grocery store interaction.

Customer service seems to always be closed… there has been numerous times that I’ve had to wait or have to come back because nobody is working in customer service or they are always on break.
