Typically clean, smaller Walmart with a friendly staff. Never an issue. However, while browsing the Halloween clearance aisle we noticed a doll we thought our granddaughter would like. As shown in the photo; the aisle clearly has it as half off. Proceeded to the check out the item scanned at full price $44. When we asked the check out manger; "Lisa"... She was quite curt and said "that's the no. 1 show on Netflix, I am not giving you 1/2 off. There was clearly a mistake. We did not want to cause a scene so we paid full price and left with it. However, we don't have "Netflix" just thought it was cute for the granddaughter. The photo has it squarely placed in a 1/2 off area. Just saying that we weren't trying to steal $22 from the Walmart Corp. But perhaps, the floor manager should lighten up a bit. And correct their improperly placed product. No need to be upset with a polite couple the day after Halloween.

My friend and I came to Walmart to get her a new phone, and Monique was absolutely amazing! She was very thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything so we understood all of our options. After dealing with some ridiculous fees at T-Mobile, I honestly felt scammed, so it was refreshing to work with someone who was transparent and genuinely helpful. Monique helped my friend get a great deal, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. She even gave me her card and let me know I could call if I had any questions later, which really shows how much she cares about her customers. I was so impressed that I told her I’ll probably be back soon to get my daughter a phone as well. Thank you, Monique, for the outstanding customer service! Walmart is lucky to have you!!!

Pharmacy called about my refill. I said yes, I would like it done. See you in an hour. Done in 5 minutes. The staff is phenomenal!!! I was with another pharmacy for over 20 years but had used Walmart for my dogs medicine. When the service and experience changed at the old place, I switched. NEVER BEEN HAPPIER WITH MY DECISION!!! 100% recommend Walmart on Space Center. Their service is impeccable. I won't explain how bad the other W pharmacy became but the list goes on and on. I am very happy switching my family over to Walmart Pharmacy on Space Center, Colorado Springs. Thank you team for such fabulous service.

Checkout cashier Dru is extremely polite, prompt and courteous. He helped this little old lady with her purchase quickly and with respect, was friendly and professional. Dru is an asset to your company! Anyone can leave a bad review but to receive a GOOD one, you must hire exemplary people and Dru made the day! Worth the time to try and let management know. Unfortunately, no manager to speak with and phone calls left unanswered.

Employees with the big carts don't watch out for customers. They about ran into me and other people multiple times. The self checkout is ran by ladies who would rather talk amongst themselves than help you when your crefit/ debit card machine is not working, then complain when you leave them a one star. Did they honestly expect a better rating when they would rather talk amongst themselves rather than help paying customers?
