I needed curtain rods and diesel addititive and found a better deal than what I shopped online. The clearance isles arent very good anymore though. The cashier was so nice! She gave my mom and I the cutest feather charms! She made my day. I think she sensed i needed it! The gas station isnt open yet but i got a laugh from the sign!

An overly diligent human took my cart and phone to customer service (thank you) while I was a couple aisles over. The first employee I found helped me find my phone. Shout out to Ayla, give her a raise!

The tires I bought are great. The two stars are for the product. No complaint there but the service...wow. It was truly horrible. I went online to buy four tires and the installation service. Paid for it online and got my confirmation. The day of my installation appointment, when I arrived, the person checking me in said he didn't know where my tires were. I told them I ordered them online and they were delivered to them. He went looking and when he came back he said he found them but they are buried. I don't know why I need to know this. Does buried mean too much work now to do the installation? Is it somehow my fault that they are buried? Then when he said they would unbury them (gee, thanks), he handed me a clip board and said "I need you to sign here, hun". I'm not your "hun". Do you say that to your male clients too? Then, when I went back to pick my car up, they tried to charge me again for my tires and the service. I said, no, I paid online. Here is myconfirmation email to prove it. The gal inside said that she accidentally cancelled my order so I should get a refund on my card but I still needed to pay. I "should" get a refund? Ummm...no. So, I called my card to check on this. Meanwhile, the "hun" guy came around and said that just the service got canceled and I'll see the refund on my card in a few days. I just need to pay for the service again..not the tires too. Okay. So that's better, right? I'm only getting screwed for the service fee twice. When I asked what happens if the refund doesn't come through. "Hun" told me that I can come down and see him so he can fix it. Gee... Lucky me. I need to take time out of my schedule to see Mr. Personality to fix a mistake that they made in the first place. The gal behind the desk saw I was not a happy camper and she apologized by saying she tried calling to tell me she accidentally made the mistake with the cancelation. I looked at my phone and said I hadn't missed any calls. She said maybe she typed my number in wrong. At some point, they just need to stop. Every other thing out of their mouths says "incompetence". I sure hope my tires stay on!

It's your typical Walmart Super Center, nothing special. I would like to point out that I had multiple employees blocking aisles and walking right in front off me. The cashier was super friendly and amazing( she was the only reason I put three stars). Their app was in accurate on the locations of items and their in stock counts were off.

I overheard the employees having a meeting near the back restrooms today. The manager stated that Star Wars is better than Harry Potter. I was wearing a Ravenclaw shirt but maybe I’m a slytherin because I really thought about starting something.
