Third time buying TAMPERED with bitty pop toys. Someone has gone around and cut easily missable slits in almost every packaging to see which toy is in the surprise bag. If you’re going to lock up toothpaste lock these up too.

First time exchanging 5 gallon Primo water bottle. The kiosk when you enter the store says to drop off your empty bottle and it would give you a coupon for a full bottle at the refill price. NO COUPON! The kiosk doesn't work. Had it ever worked? So, I go to customer service (and had to wait - no one at the desk, and a few workers mindlessly wandering near the desk). Someone finally showed up. I explained what happened. What was I told? "We don't handle that. You'll have to talk to Primo." Are you kidding me?! I have to pay Walmart for the water, so obviously Walmart "handles it." What a total lack of customer service and ownership of the problem!!! You need a sign at the kiosk explaining what the process really is. Or call Primo and have them fix the damn kiosk!

Busy place but everything was pretty well organized and stocked up. I’d visit again. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

I placed an order for delivery for 2 items that were supposed to be delivered the next day. Then it was delayed for another couple days then it was delayed again with 1 item cancelled and the other was delivered that day. I got online after my item was delivered and saw that the one that was cancelled was back online again for the same price. So I called Walmart online customer service and told them the situation and they told me to purchase it. I’m not paying twice for shipping, so the best they could do was give me a 5 dollar promo code, that would leave me with still paying another 2 dollars in shipping. Which the promo was not helpful for my item I wanted because the promo was only for eligible items and my item was NOT!!! I’ll never order from them again.

The door greeters are so sweet & the store is clean. My only complaint was Chris at customer service, which he has no idea what that means, was very rude. He kept groaning & moaning at everything like a 7 year old. Very unprofessional. Even his co-worker agreed that he has very poor customer service so I’m not the only one who noticed. I’m sure there’s plenty of better candidates for the job. Have him clean toilets instead.
