understand that policies are policies and everyone is expected to follow them. However, this particular policy seems very impractical. Why were the oil shelves locked? Some Mobil 1 products are displayed on open shelves, while others are kept behind locked doors. When a customer needs one of those items, we have to find an employee and wait for assistance. Today, it took nearly 15 minutes for someone to come and unlock the shelf. This creates an unnecessary inconvenience for customers and makes the shopping experience frustrating.

Look it’s Walmart so I have measured expectations. But if you’re getting anything behind glass, you’ll either need patience or a lot of time. I hit the button 3 times to hear “An associate will be here to help you shortly” to never have one come. I had to find someone who clearly didn’t want to stop what they were doing. Then, I had 18 items (3 of which were hot wheels) and the lady wouldn’t let me check out at self checkout despite there being 2 open registers and a guy in front of me who had over 30 items. I started scanning while she tried to tell me to go to the long line with cashiers and she locked my screen. And said go to the other line. By that point I had already scanned 7 items. Another associate unlocked it and I scanned about 6 more before she locked it a second time and then came by to say I needed to go to the other lines again. And look, I get it, I’m 3 items over. But also, I’m just trying to be quick and there were open registers when I decided to check out. I held up my remaining 5 items and was like…..are we really doing this over 3 too many items? You want me to put back 3 items and buy less from your store? She unlocked it and I really tried to be nice because she must have been having a crappy day to be nit picky about 3 items. But between waiting for 15 minutes for a door to be unlocked and then dealing with that while people around me clearly had more than 20 items, was a bit too much for me to avoid writing a review. I plan on going here as little as possible.

Had an issue with a staff member and management went above and beyond to make sure it was handled properly. Staff are always helpful and courteous. Prices are very reasonable. Great meat and produce.

I’m mentally disabled and I was asking for help in electronics. Older employee was helping me but knew nothing about electronics. There was a younger man who was supposed to know about what I was asking for. He was rude and very disrespectful and dismissive to me. Refused to help me find what I was looking for and just said it should be over there if we have it. Ignored me when I showed him the item on Walmart.com so I just bought the 2 cords I found and I ordered the cords I needed on amazon. I really don’t like how disrespectful Walmart is towards disabled people like me constantly. Not cool. I don’t like be treated like I’m less. I checked out 8:47pm 5/22/26. Im definitely going to avoid shopping at this Walmart now

Whatever you do - AVOID PICKUP! This was the worst, most annoying pickup experience I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I waited 24 minutes after checking in on the Walmart app. They did not appear to be busy with tons of people in the pick up lanes - nothing like that at all.... After 21 minutes, I walked up to the building door and a worker started telling me about some product they didn't have for my order but on my app and email, it says they got all the items on my order. He made zero sense and did not give me my items. I went back to my car and after 3 more minutes, magically he came over with my items. What on earth? Totally unacceptable.
