The lady in the self checkout area today around 2pm needs more training and to learn how to talk to people...This is not the service I expect and when I pay for scan and go and can't use the scan and go area and then after waiting in line at regular self check I was told there's a line by the worker and I was actually in line waiting she didn't want to let me use the self check machine and she was not directing customers to the open registers so I left without purchasing my items thanks to the rude lady who tried to argue that I was not in the line when she wasn't doing her job and paying attention to the line...

If you're going to lock everything behind glass doors you should probably make sure you have people who care to respond to the call buttons. After asking multiple employees who couldn't be bothered and waiting for 15 minutes to have noone respond to my button press thing I decided I don't want this store to have my money. I will wait until tomorrow and give another location my business.

I usually go to the Walmart on Quincy but the Englewood store usually has better produce. Not so much this time. The people that work there are not happy. No one ever bags for me, them seem irritated when I am not done bagging by the time the order is rilung up. The meat selection is all but non existent. I will continue with the one on Quincy.

This is one of thr nicest, cleanest and well organized wallmart I've ever been to. There was even someone at the dressing rooms when I went to try on clothes. And, the bathroom was super clean as well.
