I purchased an item online that I wanted to return, I brought it to the store on Merrill Rd and dropped it off. After a couple weeks I didn't have my refund. I spoke to Andrea the Front End manager who took my information and said she would call me the next day. She did exactly that and had my refund to me the next day. It's great to have good people do what they tell you they are going to do, and treat my issue as it were their own. Thank you so much Andrea for taking care of me, Well done!

Haven't been here in a while. Seemed clean, and the produce seemed fresher than previous visits. Good selection of breads, veggies, fruits, and pastries. The place was well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. They do have a pharmacy located here. Easy in and out and was able to find everything I needed. Stocked with valentines gifts, fresh flowers, and cards for all occasions. Paper products and cat and dog food with a variety of treats available. Frozen seafood and a new display of $1 variety hotsauce, Sriracha sauce, BBQ sauce, and so on. Thought it was neat as a gift idea!

i went to return some items today. walked up to the counter and Rhonda rolled her eyes at me and said “well, i’m supposed to take my break now” handed her the items i needed to return and gave me a lot of attitude about how i didn’t have my receipt for all my items. very disappointing and will not return

Good product availability. Reasonably short wait times at register. But employees need to smile more. Mainly the "kids". We adults would love to get back to work and be thrilled to do so The younger employees appear to be bothered to help customers. Just my opinion.

Employees actually said "excuse me" and "Hi" when they passed you in the aisle, while they are shopping for other people. Not sure if it was my lucky day for good customer service or if management has hired or trained good employees 🤔 Whatever it was, it was a happy experience this time.
