Stopped by auto center because our tire pressure dropped from 37 psi to 24 psi. We were having a flat. I went into service center to check in. 2 ladies were there playing with the computer. She came over and I explained to her I was having a flat and needed someone to look at tire. She ask if I had an appointment. I told her I did not have an appointment because I had not planned on having a flat. She said we do appointments only. I told her fine I would go to a tire store. Let me tell you what I observed. There was 2 men in the tire center. No customers. The job would have taken about 20 minutes. Very poor service. I will never go to this store again.

I usually don’t go in this Walmart, because of the negative vibes from staff. But this past Wednesday, I did run inside of there because I needed a charger. And I’m glad that I did!! there’s a young lady that works here. Her name is Jay she’s phenomenal. She did not work in the department that I was in, but she was more grateful to help me out. I just had a question in regards to something that Walmart marked down. She took the time out to explain to me, how the markdowns work. Which turned out to be a great purchase for myself cause I ended up getting more than I actually bargained Miss J. I thank you for phenomenal customer service. You were exceptionally amazing and I’m sure she see many people and won’t remember me. I’m the young lady that had the questions about the shrimp markdowns that were $7.92. I thank you for educating me because we’re never too old to learn. But I also thank you for just being so kind and generous, and taking a moment out of your time to just help a customer. I greatly appreciate you Miss J. Walmart you did the big one with Miss J she’s phenomenal. Her customer service is amazing she’s so kind and generous.

I came to get my oil changed and not even two days later check my dipstick and there was no oil in my car. Tried to get in contact with the store with no response. Please take your car elsewhere obviously they have low standards here.

Literally the worst experience. Went last night to buy a laptop. Very nice associate, said it was in the back and they had to call a manager to unlock it. Associate called over intercom twice, no one responded to him. Associates told me to try again tomorrow. So I go home and order it for online pick up this morning, only to be told it was out of stock. Unbelievable.
