I am giving this store one star only to express my dissatisfaction. I sincerely hope that management takes the time to read this review. This store is conveniently located near my home, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. The customer service provided by some employees is consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, I have had to wait while cashiers were engaged in personal conversations instead of assisting customers. Additionally, at the self-checkout area, customers are not allowed to bag their items at the same station where they complete their purchase and are instructed to move elsewhere. Ironically, while customers are being told to move, employees often use those same registers for their own purchases. In addition to being a customer, I also work as a Spark Driver. During a recent visit, I arrived at checkout to verify an order. After waiting for the cashier to finish speaking with another customer, I scanned the required code and the system approved the order. Despite this, the cashier took my personal phone and proceeded to review every item directly from my device, even though her own system had already validated the order. She even compared personal information to verify that I was the same person shown in the app. I find it extremely inappropriate for an employee to handle and inspect a driver’s personal phone when the store’s system has already approved the transaction. Afterward, while I was bagging the customer’s items, I was told that I could not do so in that area and had to move to another lane because the employees could get in trouble. However, moments later, the same register was being used for employee purchases despite other registers being available. This is not the first time I have experienced similar issues at this location. I am not mentioning any employee by name because this appears to be a broader problem rather than the fault of one individual. However, I believe management should be aware of the situation and take steps to improve both customer service and the treatment of delivery drivers. It is unfortunate because the location is convenient, but the overall experience has been consistently disappointing.

This is a neighborhood walmart. The staff are really friendly, and everything is organized and neat. Everyone always complained about how cold is inside the store, I really like it. I recommend coming to get groceries around 7 pm or 8 pm. No lines and no hassle

Typical Walmart service. Mediocre at Best. Watch out for the product pickers running all over the store. They only care about fulfilling orders and and lack basic courtesy. They will run you over

This Neighborhood Walmart has problems with long lines and the long hallway in front of the registers is blocked with people in the line, Unfortunately no one is there to organize the line so that people can pass by. In addition there are no self checkout registers and the place seems a bit old looking, The Neighborhood Walmart in Kendall is much nicer and has many self checkout registers, The crowd here also seems a like worse than the Kendall location. I still give it 3 stars based solely on the selection of products and the prices which are much better than your typical grocery store.

Cleanliness excellent, attention excellent, customer service excellent. But I need to know how can I get a job over there. I love that Walmart.
