Keep a close the on the prices scanned at the register, sometimes higher than what is posted. Good way for the store to scam you out of extra money. Store should honor price posted. Store was trying to charge me $4.48.

This used to be my go to store but now the amount of walmart shoppers for pick up is insane. Their rude , rushing ,blocking isles and bump into to you. Today I had an incident with one squeezing next to me pushing my daughter out the way instead of giving us a second to get out the isle. No excuse me , no apology. Later to find out shes one of the leaders there.

The most anti customer service practices. Always understaffed customer service section at this store. The lead staffers walk pass long lines of customers and don’t bother to assist the one employee assigned. Must be monitored this is awful!

I recently purchased two rotisserie chickens from this store, and when I got home and began cutting into one of them, I found maggots inside the center of the chicken. This was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. This is not just a minor quality issue—this is a serious health concern that should never happen with prepared food. It raises major questions about how long the food had been sitting out, how it was stored, and whether proper food safety standards are being followed. I am very disappointed and concerned for other customers who may not notice something like this before consuming it. I strongly urge management to investigate this immediately and take corrective action to ensure food safety standards are being properly enforced. I would not recommend purchasing prepared food from here until this issue is addressed.

Excellent employee interaction at register to pay… I was paying using my United healthcare OTC account and it went south when swiping my card, it accepted my UHC card for calcium but not for cranberry vitamin. It took a while to sort out but employee stayed with me, a master, knew when to wait for cloud to sort things out after canceling an item, everything… awesome job , great employee at west self checkout area!!!!
