If you stop in for supplies in your RV the security team will immediately approach and pester until you leave.. we explained we are on the road and stopping for groceries.. we were still harassed until we left. We went in and bought several grocery items for the bus and was bothered as soon as we got back to the RV to load them... NOT RV FRIENDLY!

Very disappointing experience at this Walmart Tire Center. I came in expecting a simple tire service and instead was met with poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. The employee assisting me was dismissive from the beginning, repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain my situation, and seemed more interested in arguing than helping. What bothered me most was being made to feel like my business was not welcome. Rather than trying to find a solution or provide accurate information, I was essentially encouraged to take my vehicle somewhere else. That is not the level of service anyone should expect from a company like Walmart. The situation was only resolved after a manager became involved and clarified that the information I had been given was incorrect. This could have been handled professionally from the start and would have saved everyone time and frustration. Customer service should be based on respect, listening, and a willingness to help. Unfortunately, none of those qualities were demonstrated during my visit. I hope Walmart provides additional training to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.

The Walmart app is extremely confusing and poorly structured. The Scan & Go feature is never where it should be. I’ve used it dozens of times and still waste time searching for it because the interface is disorganized and overloaded with options that lack clear hierarchy. There are too many visual elements and nothing is properly prioritized, which makes the experience frustrating even for someone with knowledge of web design and usability. Inside the store, the situation is no better. Staff members often don’t know how to guide you or where products are located, and when you ask for help, many don’t even know how to assist. On one occasion, an employee simply told me she was busy and couldn’t help me. In short, both the digital and in-store experience feel chaotic and poorly managed. Walmart urgently needs to improve its app usability and customer service training.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service at this store, especially with one particular employee Aura in garden she was extremely knowledgeable with the department and was able to help with everything I needed. She was extremely kind to my family. We need more employees like this at this store. We also needed something from a different department and she pointed us in the correct direction, knowing exactly the whole store her warm smile and kind attention made me want to come back to this Walmart. I love to go when she is there.

I understand this is Walmart but can we take a second to talk about the customer service in this store. I literally had an employee see me walking and he decided to walk in my direction with a pallet and stood a few feet on front of me preventing me from going around him. Thank God for customer first. Then you walk to the dressing room and only to hear from an employee that the dressing room has set hours (which are not posted) and that they close hours before the store closes. All while she gives us an attitude for asking about the dressing room. Another employee opened it for us but that's already 2 out of 3 employees in a matter of 5 minutes that wete extremely disrespectful. This does not even include all the bad experiences I have had with the store on other days. People come for cheap items but the staff is in major need of hospitality training. If you dont like customers, dont work in retail.
