I came to Walmart today to get my vitamins and much more!!!! There is plenty to see at Walmart. There is also a pharmacy and wonderful laddies that are extreamly helpful Plenty of toys, Gardening products,plants Black soil and much more come by and see for your self you will love it And also they have excellent employees Plenty of FREE PARKING for you convenience Handycap parking & entrance. Thank you Walmart for the expiriance Will always return🙏🙌

If there is a review you would want to read to save your money and go somewhere else, ready this one because it’s as honest as it’s going to get people, I work nights—long 16-hour shifts—and curbside is the only way I can shop consistently. I spend hundreds of dollars every single week at this Walmart, both curbside and in-store. But after everything they’ve put me through, I will NEVER give this place another penny. Most employees at this Walmart don’t speak not ONE word of English btw let’s start there. First, the curbside parking is a joke. Half the time there’s nowhere to park because the designated pickup spots are full or blocked, which defeats the entire purpose of curbside pickup. Then there’s the condition of the groceries. Rotten produce. Damaged and crushed items. Spoiled fruits. Moldy vegetables. It wasn’t a one-time mistake—it became the norm. Every large order came with something completely unacceptable. Taped up shelf items that look like they came from customer service placed right back on the shelf and then put in your cart as curbside pickup. Broken or if terrible quality. After I finally left a harsh review, the manager reached out pretending to care. She apologized, said she wanted to “make things better,” and for one single order, things were okay. She even gave me a little sample bag as a gesture. But that “effort” didn’t last long. Because the very next big order? Cause again I spend ALOT of money here weekly… Everything was rotten and messed up AGAIN. I tried calling the manager multiple times—different days, different times—and she avoided my calls. When she finally answered, she gave me the excuse that their “system was down and to submit a refund for the order or anything that was damaged and that I didn’t even have to return it to the store… siiiiike not the case cause after I threw all damaged goods away and submitted it they said I have till Dec. 16 to return them, mind you this happened two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for help, she also said that she needed a couple of days to “look into it” I understood because it was the holidays but never heard back from her.” I was nice, never disrespected and I even told her that if I was the associate I would shop as if it were for myself cause I worked in retail before 23 years ago and I know how it is. But she never called me back. When I followed up, one employee said she was “out of the office.” Another said she had “a family emergency.” The story changed every time I called. At the end of the day, nobody cared enough to fix anything. And to make things even worse, when I requested a refund for the rotten and unusable items, they told me they couldn’t process it unless I returned the spoiled food—food they knew I had already thrown away because it was rotting, leaking, smelly, and completely unusable. No one in their right mind would keep rotten produce sitting around just to “prove” it was bad. They knew exactly what they were doing—making it impossible for me to get my money back. After spending this much money every single week, the lack of customer service, the complete disregard for quality, and the dishonesty around refunds is outrageous. They have shown me over and over that my business, my time, and my concerns mean absolutely nothing to them. I will NEVER shop here again. Not curbside, not inside, not ever. And I am making it my mission to make sure everyone knows about this place. I’m posting this review on every platform and every social media outlet I have so no one else gets treated the way I did. If you value your money or your sanity, shop somewhere else. They lost my buisness and my shares.

I literally had this item in my cart. Which online when I checked was $50 less. Went to purchase it online and do pick up from store but was three hours out. I carried a heat item with a cart that hardly wants to move across the whole store. Ridiculously there is no way to escalate that and so now instead of using that I paid for the yearly subscription because it was $10 to deliver it so 50+10 is 60 the yearly plan is 100 so at the end paid 40 extra for the Walmart plan now I’m getting repetitive text messages and offers through text messages which I disagreed to do but it did it anyways so I’m sure that they sold my information to other companies. They should have better customer service, nobody wants to assist and almost ignores you. My unit broke where I have living animals that can perish but it’s ok cause it’s not their issue. Thank you Walmart for your concern. By the way, if they ask to call the number on the door, don’t even try as nobody will answer, their way of sending the issue to a virtual state so they don’t have to deal with the customers. Smart, everyone loves talking to virtual assistance or someone on the phone.

I want to sincerely recognize Leonel Hernandez, Associate Supervisor , for delivering absolutely outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Walmart is very fortunate to have someone like Leonel on their team.

I really enjoy shopping at the Walmart Kendall store. It always has a little bit of everything, which makes it easy to find what I need without having to go to multiple places. The layout is convenient, and I can usually get in and out quickly. One of my favorite parts is the self-checkout. It makes the whole process smooth and efficient. Overall, it’s a reliable spot that makes my shopping simple. I also love that when I can’t come to the store, I can order my groceries and have them delivered. I highly recommend this location.
