Asked for price of medication the pharmacist told me he couldn't tell me a price without processing the prescription that's not accurate I have travel and had to go to hospital in many states and that is the first time I was ever told I couldn't get a price for a particular medication with or without using Good Rx for a discount. I let him know I should be able to get a price he immediately put the call on hold. Walmart is an American born business in America I was educated in America and traveled America essentially hanging up on someone calling a pharmacy to get a price for a life saving medication to be told the service I know should be available to the customer is discouraging of that brand and pharmacy in South Florida. It is also concerning to have the phone put on hold no warning given and made to feel my health my business are not only cared about but not provided by an untrained employee. Unacceptable for any company in South Florida to ruin the name and quality of an American product or service provided by Americans. It is not just one business that conducts itself the same way as I experience approximately 11:25am Sunday May 4th 2025. I just read reviews reviews collectively told me the same as I just felt disrespected and ignored and as has been experienced by myself and others is racism in South Florida against English speaking and American people. And not just that Walmart location or business. It is a South Florida culture and it's going to stop show them lawsuits to remind them where they are and what is and isnt acceptable. IN AMERICA. If you think you're going to continue the abuse of white or English speaking Americans while working in an American business today is that day for change.

If i could give them zero stars i would, they are rude, incompetent and honestly have no training in customer service or being in the pharmaceutical field. 12 days i had to wait and finally drive up and speak to someone and that’s After a combined hold time of 42 minutes on the phone and when i get there absolutely no line in sight! A complete joke of a staff

WALTON FAMILY, NOW HEAR THIS?! The worst Walmart in the country.I traveled to many cities in the country while in my leisure time and 20 years Military career, Walmart was also the go to store during my life. This store has no customer service whatsoever. The store lines are always long and cashiers are slower than pond water, meaning they don’t move. The store is dirty and merchandise all over the floor. Unfortunately, it’s the closest to my home. I try to go to different Walmart in Miami when I can.

I have three days calling the pharmacy without being able to speak to anyone. because the woman who answers always leaves you on hold and never comes back on the phone, I've been on the phone for three days and this woman always does the same ... I'm an older woman and I don't drive anymore,....I'll need to take an uber to go to this pharmacy and ask a simple question about my prescriptions ????
