Came here looking for a can of spray paint. Took 10min to finally find someone near the area to open the case. When I finally found a employee, I called out "hello, can you open the case" she took one look at me, immediately turned around, walked away, without acknowledging me, as if to avoid being asked anything. I don't expect much from Walmart but even this level of disrespect is a new low and it completely unacceptable. This is the last time I shop at this store.

Although very busy and very strict asset security, I still cannot find the regular Lane with the regular candy. Some helpful people pointing me to Elaine with the ethnic candy, but I was looking for freeze dried Lemonheads. Anyhow, this is my first time here, and it's kind of weird how the stores set up. It's very strange that there was an upstairs. I don't know what is upstairs. Is there like another level upstairs were people can actually shop? Everybody there was friendly, Hakeem on an electric bike, so I was able to just hop on the sidewalk for the handicap entrance is and park my bike right there in the front and walk in.

The cashier named Mercedes allowed a person to cut in front me without asking me. This should not be allowed when we already have to wait a long time to get checked out. Please do better Walmart and get this together with your team, this is poor customer service.

If you are in a hurry to buy anything that's locked down in the technology department (whether that product costs $3 or $99+), we hope that you have 20 - 30 minutes to wait for the one employee in the whole store who has a key 🤦‍♂️😉 (because the other 10 employees don't have it).

Today, February 21, 2026, in the morning, I had a terrible experience at this store. I've been a customer for several years since I live in the area. I have a service animal that has always accompanied me, and I've never had any problems before. Today, as I was leaving, I encountered a Cuban woman who refused to identify herself, but she was working as a security guard at the exit. In a very rude and discriminatory manner, she asked me how that thing (referring to my pet) had gotten in. I replied that my pet had always come with me during the years I've been shopping here, and the woman responded very rudely, saying that she didn't care, that there was a sign on the door stating that pets were prohibited. I reiterated that my pet was a service animal and that by law it could accompany me. She simply replied once again, rudely and without any manners, that she didn't care. I will not be returning to this store to shop again.
