On February 14, 2026 at about 7.25pm, I was scheduled to make a spark delivery at this Walmart. Upon arriving the store I noticed there was no designated parking spot marked out for pickup. I parked in front of the store, walked into the store towards the section for spark delivery. I walked into the storage warehouse to make inquiry about the parking. I was advised to step out of the storage room which i slowly did as I explained my reason for being there. The employee whose pictures I attached on this review, whom I will call Mr. X for the sake of understanding, asked me for my name. I gave him my name & he (Mr.X) proceeded to canceling the order while claiming the order has already been picked up. I asked Mr.X for his name, but he refused to give it to me so I took a picture as reference for this review. I reported Mr.X actions to a manager on duty. The manager I reported to, was at the self checkout station. I told her that I felt his (Mr. X) actions were malicious & unfair. I explained to the manager that I wasted my time & gas getting to the store in attempt to make this delivery. The manager, while noting that Mr. X manager had left work & that she was not his direct supervisor, promised to talk to the manager for that section when he resumes work.

I visited this place for the first time today because it’s close to my work, but I will never go back. They don't sell fresh meat or vegetables. The grocery section is very compact. Customer service is terrible—I’d give it minus 5 stars if I could. The cashier seemed to absolutely hate the customers and his job.

I’m not a big fan of this location because it’s a smaller Walmart and doesn’t have a full grocery section, so the selection is quite limited. If you’re looking for a complete grocery run, this probably isn’t the best option. As for customer service, it’s about what you’d expect. It’s not the strongest point, but most people just go in, grab what they need, and head out. On the plus side, it does have self-checkout, which is important since some Walmarts still don’t offer that option. For me, that’s a big convenience factor. It also has a key service, a Subway inside, and a lottery machine near the front registers by the vision center. Overall, it’s fine if you’re looking for a quick in-and-out stop, just not ideal for a full shopping trip.

Why does this store even have a curbside pickup option. They ignore the app and the phone number at the parking space connects to nothing. After being tired of waiting you go inside to find like 8 people in the pickup room joking and talking. Three people just standing around and the others stacking shelves. They all need to be fired to show the company is serious about customer service and maybe the next group of people they hire will actually do the job according to company policies.

Pretty cool. Pleasantly surprised by a rollback item I wasn't expecting. Bathrooms are way in the back--good move, Catonsville Walmart! Only downside was cashier was ringing me up very fast and failed to give me the correct (lower) price on a bag of mangoes. You take the good with the bad, though. Rock on, Catonsville!
