I'm sure most people have been to a walmart by now, and won't be surprised by much. This is another one, medium sized from the ones I have experience with. As with most of them the cashiers are somewhat slow but friendly (or at least not unfriendly). But what this store does have is it is one of the busiest walmarts I have ever been to. They had lots of cashiers, but still long lines. For some reason they had very limited self checkout. The traffic in the parking lot was amazing, with the lines from the two main exits meeting in the middle, making it difficult to go anywhere.

Bad customer service. Employees see you circling around looking for items and you get no can I help you. Do not expect them to greet you. They stereotype people and follow you around because you bring your own bag in store. Lenny who was working in section with lotion, body wash etc., do not know how to talk to people. I asked for something that need unlocked and first thing comes out his mouth, you know you have to pay for it here. Let’s unlocked what I need first. He needs to be working night shift stocking and not working around people. I saw at least 4 employees standing in the back doing nothing. Yet there are empty cash register. Highly disappointed with this establishment.

It’s almost impressive how bad the customer service is here. Everything is just run down, dirty, not stocked, and just an unpleasant experience.

Went there to pick up my online order. All 33 parking spots were full. Waited about 15 minutes to get a spot and checked in on the app. I got a notification that they will bring my order in a few minutes. An hour and twenty minutes later I called the number on the sign. No answer so I left a message with my info. No response back. I saw multiple people who arrived after me get their orders. After two hours of waiting I canceled the order. While waiting I overheard an employee tell the Doordasher next to me that they can't find her order and that it's effed up in there and she should try a different walmart. Do better walmart SMH

It is 2026 and this place STILL doesn't have self checkout. Combine that with glacial cashiers and it's usually faster to drive to either Glen Burnie or Ellicott City (both of which HAVE self checkout.) This place recently installed the hardware for self checkout, but it's only for online orders, which makes zero sense.
