We were totally thrown off by having to purchase bags for the items we bought. We were visiting and it threw us off when they asked about whether we wanted bags, however the older man checking us out was very polite, kind and bagged our items so we didn’t have to buy more bags than needed. I loved the mural painted at the entrance

It was good and had everything I needed and it was cheap but one of the employees was smoking inside the store and some other workers were talking while on their shift an were ignoring me and my sister when we wanted to pay

Went in to look at their fine jewelry collection, at 8:45 am, 4/29/26 bit of a wait to receive help..The lady that initially helped me was kind. I went back to the counter after shopping through the store, to get a price on one of the rings, I had previously looked at when I first arrived and ask questions about warranties. The kind lady that was helping me, called another lady over. The other lady that was supposed to know more, didn't seem she wanted to be bothered. I looked at mens bands inquired about the process of getting a gold band sized. I was then shown a Tungsten band, I said "oh that cant be sized", she said It CAN be sized, very sarcastic. I wanted to educate her about Tungsten, but it wouldn't have been received due to the nature of her disposition. She knew it all, and you couldn't tell her otherwise. I've been a jeweler for most of my adult life and Tungsten CAN'T be sized. The metal will not take a solder in order for it to be sized.The metal can't be cut or stretched due to its properties, especially if you have tungsten rings with acrylic overlays, as the one that she was referring to CAN be sized. As a matter of fact, when a Tungsten band is broke, scratched, damaged, etc, it CAN'T be fixed. Tungsten is a hearty metal, and will last quite a few years, BUT it's disposable. When you break it, an entire new ring must be purchased. Management please educate her concerning the products she selling, and to be kind to customers. Besides all that, I was super impressed with Walmart's pricing on gold, and the styles they offered. All of the gold/diamond pricing here, is much lower than what I would pay even with an employee discount at my place of employment. Just do your own research, so you understand what can be sized what can't, so it doesn't interfere with proposal/wedding time frames.

I recently purchased four tires at Walmart for a Thanksgiving trip to Atlanta. However, when I arrived for my 7:00 AM appointment, I was surprised to learn that my order had been mistakenly canceled and a refund was being processed. I explained the misunderstanding and confirmed it with a purchase order#. I had paid for all four tires, and a scheduled appointment was in place. After a brief investigation, the issue was resolved, and my tires were successfully installed. I appreciate the patience and professionalism of the Walmart staff, particularly Joshua, who helped to rectify the situation.
