Today I went to shop and found something that I wanted to buy from the garden center. It was for 49 dollars but when I tried to buy it the staff at the self check out said it was for a different price. I had already asked someone else and they said it wasn’t for 149 it was for 49 dollars only. The staff keep saying no you will not buy it for that price you will buy it for 149 dollars. The staff were very mean ignorant and gave me a nasty attitude. There needs to be new staff that are a lot better and that treat people better.

This young black man who was working at the self checkout on the left side of Walmart around 5:00 was just so rude. We accidentally scanned an item twice so I turned around and asked him if he could help us out, he looked up from his phone, gave us a look and went back on his phone. Turns out he could help us through the phone but he could’ve said something cause what kind of worker works like that. Lowkey I usually don’t really care about this kind of stuff but this Walmart needs to check on their workers attitude this other girl was so rude to this older woman saying “I don’t know what you’re looking for I already told you the oils are behind you” in the rudest tone ever like what gives these people the right to act this way be better

i ordered a shipped order it said item was returned by driver. when it was on its way again watched the little car on the screen stop and never started again he must of went home. i was given an automatic refund and had to pay 10.00 more for the item. my original item was no longer available. yesterday had an order deliveted. no milk or cheese i ordered. todays order i got my milk and cheese but they forgot my fresh broccoli cucumber tomatoes tomatoe paste and 2 boxes of pasta. i loved walmart until this week. whats going on? id really like to know how im making a salad for tomorrow's dinner and my car wont start to go anywhere to get these items. the people at the store sure dont care. delivery is nessastary when things happen and you have to depend on delivery.

They don't EVER answer the phone. The managers are lazy & rude. One day i was in the store and the lines were across the floor and Manager Terri was walking around talking on her phone so i approached her and simply asked if they would be opening any more lines. She laughed in my face and told me rudely NO. Then went back to her phone conversation and walked away. They never have enough help, and they over work the ones they do have don't get treated right, overworked and underappreciated.

This location in Cockeysville has items in stock that most other Walmarts in the area don't have in in stock. I like to see the item on the shelf before buying it. This Walmart is definitely well managed. I bought a printer and an electric razor. Both were in the store.
