I’m visiting from out of town and stopped at this Walmart, and overall I had a great experience. The store was well-stocked, pretty clean, and I really appreciated that they had multiple registers open—such a breath of fresh air! The greeter at the door was absolutely phenomenal and truly spreading holiday cheer. My only concern is the parking lot. It feels like an accident waiting to happen. There are no arrows indicating the correct direction of traffic, so cars were coming from both ends of the lanes. I understand it's Thanksgiving weekend and likely busier than normal, but clearer directional arrows would make a huge difference in safety and flow. Other than that, great store and friendly team!

I recently visited the Walmart in Bloomington, Minnesota, for the first time in approximately 15 years, and I can honestly say it will be my last visit. The first thing that stood out to me was how much this location has changed. Seeing a Bloomington Police presence inside the store was surprising. The only other Walmart where I have seen something similar was in St. Paul, and it immediately gave me concerns about the overall environment. As a disabled amputee, accessibility is extremely important to me. Upon entering the store, I asked about the electric shopping scooters. One employee directed me to the available scooters, only for me to discover that one did not work at all and the other had only about 15% battery remaining. As a result, I was unable to use a mobility scooter and was forced to walk through the store despite my disability. The store was extremely crowded, and during my visit I was struck by shopping carts from other customers multiple times. Being an amputee and wearing shorts, this was both uncomfortable and frustrating. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service. Because I rarely shop at this location, I did not know where many items were located. I asked several employees wearing Walmart vests for assistance. Four different employees either ignored me completely or walked away without helping. The fifth employee was the only person who stopped and offered assistance. Later, I asked another employee for help locating an item. I was told to wait a minute while they finished stocking shelves. After waiting, the employee walked away to another aisle and gave vague directions from a distance. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. When I finally reached the checkout area, I observed employees socializing, laughing, and carrying on conversations while customers were waiting to be checked out. The service was slow, and there seemed to be little urgency to assist customers. This entire experience was disappointing, disheartening, and frustrating. Accessibility equipment was unavailable, customer service was largely nonexistent, and the overall shopping experience left me feeling ignored and unwelcome. After this visit, I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this Walmart location.

Good prices, clean place and lots of options. I purchased lots of meds, food and kid stuff. I recommend it good prices and excellent employees.

This is called dynamic pricing, these discounts are FAKE. I have no way of knowing what the price was before they added the discount. As far as I know they upped the price then discounted it TO TRICK US. I hate Walmart so much. These price tags allow them to change prices by the hour and change prices easily between stores so nothing costs the same ANYWHERE

Ugh. Typical Walmart, customer service largely lacking. A couple of really nice people, but they're doing the online shopping jobs. ZERO checkout people. It's all self checkout. Meat selection was very small and the choices were so small. Clean, store though, gotta give them that.
