It just depends on when you go, if you go at the very beginning of the month, it's unbelievablely busy. If you go early in the morning you can avoid the crowd. The workers do as best as they can but it's just busy. The workers are always nice and friendly, just overworked. Management doesn't seem to delegate takes the best Native lady and black guy who check receipts at the door are really nice, see them every time I go there and they don't even ask me to see my receipt anymore because they see me all the time . I walk or take the bus there so I always carry a backpack with a reusable shopping bag inside of it to carry my groceries when I leave and I mever have workers following me or bothering me like they do at other places.

I want to recognize an employee who went above and beyond. I usually do pick up which is the best service at this Walmart. Jaylin was so nice and very respectful. He talked so well about his job and was so happy and positive. This young man went above and beyond for my son with the placement of the groceries. Great customer service.

Waited over 20 minutes to get my pick-up order only to get home and find that ALL my items still have the security sensors on them!!! Tried to call and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Employees have no regard for the customers and push through the isles making customers get out of their way or wait till they are finished to get items!! This store needs serious training on customer service!!!!!

I think this is the best Walmart. I have not had any issues coming here so far to pickup groceries. I had Lorenzo who was nice and worked hard bring out everything. He even put the TV I purchased safely in my trunk somewhere that it would not break because of the angle it was at. He went above and beyond in customer service. Great experience at this Walmart, no issues.

The worst Walmart in US.! I travel all over the country and from all Wal-Mart stores I've visited this is the worst: we were looking for a truck battery, it was almost 11 pm I approached the cash registers area and the Takahnisha or the manager on charge told me in a very bad way "you have to pay now we are closed" and I responded yes I know you are closed Walmart closes at 11 Al over the country and immediately she sent one of the employees to close the cash register when someone else was paying so she didn't let me pay free a customer so I went to other register when other person was paying and the same thing happened she got between the customer and me to don't let me pay. Finally I got mad and said Ohh yes I'm gonna pay (5 items only). I told them Who wants to be looking for batteries for a truck at this time of the night this is an emergency you should understand and the employee responded: "I just do whatever my boss says". Poor customer service, no empathy, rude, no professional manners. I was not her kid. I know as a fact other Walmart go the extra mile making their customers feel welcome all the time but not at this Walmart
