Pickup at this location is next to impossible. People park in the pick up spots while they are shopping inside of the store leaving us driving around the parking lot until one of them move. I’ve notified security that drives around the parking lot and they said there’s nothing they can do. Makes me wonder what their job is when there’s police officers inside of the store. I’ve also called in and spoke to a manager whose only goal was to get me off the phone. Also this is the second time I’ve picked up groceries and my produce is not in produce bags just thrown in a plastic bag with other items like butter and cheese. There’s no explanation for this other than pure laziness.

You will wait 1 hour for your pick up order, you will call multiple times and go in and it still won't be ready. These employees do not care about their job, clearly there for a check. At this point let the robots take over. Walmart, I'm good. Never again.

It was extremely chaotic busy. No Carts for handicap people who couldn't walk When you have a wheelchair manual, how do you pick up all the stuff you need and Shop? They had seven carts and employees all around the entrance and exit not helping people out not plugging them Inn having to wait in line to get your stuff for and run up for over 20 minutes. Two crowded too busy. It's worse than getting around with the state fair

I needed help finding an item and when I asked an employee, she looked at her little device and after a minute gave up and said, "Yeah, I don't know." Not a bit helpful. 🙄 I eventually found the item on my own.

it’s easter sunday. i went in for milk and noticed you guys were out of stock on the floor so i checked online to make sure you had some in the back room before i asked for help (12 in stock). i asked a worker (older guy, bald with speckles of hair sticking up) if he could help check the back room and he said “well the milk you’re looking for is there” (he pointed to the fridge like i was a child) then he proceeded to say “whatever is out here, is all that there is”. he sort of made me feel like i was a nuisance to him. so i asked someone else. mind you - i hate asking for help because employees are always so quick to refuse to help and i hate feeling like a burden. but i needed milk because i didn’t realize my toddler was out. 😭 the employee who helped me after is mohammed. he was working in the back and when i asked for help, he smiled and delivered!! thank you so much! my toddler is so reliant on milk at night and i was so relieved when he came back out with 3 boxes of milk! he’s literally a hero! 😂😭 thank you, thank you so much! the five stars is for him!
