Putting the gluten free flour under the wheat flour gave me an allergic reaction. I should've known better than to touch it, but having allergy free food covered in the allergy it's supposed to be free of is bad business practice if nothing else. I've also had objects fall off of shelves here because they were too big for the shelf and injure me before. This place is actively unsafe.

Very disappointed to see that this location has stopped providing sanitizing wipes for shopping carts. We are currently in the middle of a heavy cold and flu season, not to mention a local gastro virus outbreak. It feels like a corner-cutting measure increase profit at the expense if customer health . It is clearly a deliberate decision since they removed the dispense. Staff response to requests is that management removed it. Rock bottom prices are not worth my child getting sick.

I came here to pick up an order that had 37 items. I have been here for almost 1 hour and I am still waiting. There’s nobody to talk to you can’t call and reach anybody. You just have to sit and wait patiently or if you leave, they will return your order. I have never experienced this at any other Walmart. I think it’s safe to say they do not have the right staffing or direction to actually run a Walmart. Not only will I not return I will strongly advise anybody else not to, I mean, unless of course you have an hour to sit in your car and wait. I’ll most likely return to target stores

Got a notification that my order (one item) was ready for pick up at 5:30pm. I arrived at 8pm and checked in at 8:01pm. I did not receive my item until 8:46pm. Horrible customer service. I went inside to try and expedite pick up, and that almost felt like it took longer as I watched employees look at us and turn the other way. The only helpful employee was Caleb, a team lead, who actually cared to check in with me and grab my item. I would give Caleb himself 5/5 stars, as he grabbed my item within 2 minutes of checking in with me and was super kind. Give Caleb a raise, and this Walmart is a perfect example as to why Walmart has a bad reputation.

I bought the annual Walmart + membership for delivery. The problem is if the driver/shopper doesn’t fulfill the order the digital shoppers shop the items and then order a driver. Unfortunately if the driver has to be recruited from their pool of drivers after store digital shoppers shop the order 9 times out of 10 you won’t get your order in a timely manner. Most recently I actually never had my order delivered at the time slot promised. I contacted a chat associate at Walmart.com and asked what was going on and expressed my concern. The associate pleaded with me to wait 4 additional hours and they’d definitely find a driver. Four hours later, no delivery. I contacted Walmart.com again to cancel. Once again they pleaded for me to wait two more hours. I said, no I’ve waited long enough. I was met with much resistance by the chat associate to cancel the order and the associate said that my cancellation may not be approved since the groceries were already waiting to be picked up by some random driver. I was also told it’d take 10 business days to get my refund. That order had my holiday meal grocery items, coffee and necessities. I will have to go into my savings account to get my groceries for the week. My trust level in Walmart has been diminished substantially as a result of this shoddy treatment. I captured screenshots of the chat conversations and the numerous delay notifications to confirm this poor experience. Also, one of the benefits from the Walmart + membership was free Peacock streaming membership, but I was never able to get that benefit. The Walmart.com tech support said it was a glitch in the system and they’re still working on it. That was two months ago. I still don’t have that benefit as promised.
