Today, I am pleased to award Walmart with a five-star rating as my experience with their customer service was exceptional. I had to return a few items and the process was incredibly straightforward and efficient. When I needed to return an electronic item, a helpful young man assisted me behind the counter, making the entire process easy and seamless. He even escorted me to the front of the store to facilitate the exchange of the item. While shopping at Walmart can sometimes be challenging, this particular location exceeded my expectations and provided me with a great experience.

Call all workers and wait more than a 30/40 minutes for assistance and no one has keys to open and they say their calling someone else and wait another 10/15 minutes. Workers are ignorantly disrespectful rude and always on their phone or huddled in a group. The worse Walmart I have been too. I don’t recommend this Walmart to anyone. Then no one has keys ask more than 7 different workers this is sad the way they move here

Customer service sucks. Been waiting 45 minutes to get the spray paint case open. Walmart, start staging your employees to be able to open all cases. This is ridiculous

I’ve been to this Walmart a few times and it’s fine overall. The store always seems to be crowded even during non-peak hours. I did grocery pick up yesterday, and all of the spot markers were not out or were mixed up. It ended up not being a big deal because on the app you can indicate “not in a spot” and they brought it out quickly. It’s in a convenient location off the Boulevard and by other retail.

They straight up don't sell anything fresh. People who shop here only eat meat from a can or frozen bag. It's genuinely sad and hella messed up on Walmart for not even giving the option of fresh food
