I love Walmart but this Walmart needs Management training! I was in the store shopping and the store was about to close I did get in the line late but the manager was very nasty and was threatening me that she should not ring my order up. Mind you there was several other people in line trying to purchase their merchandise. She began to Holler and yell like she was Mr.Walmart herself. This manager was very nasty for no reason if she had to get home so bad she should have left instead of threatening and making nasty comments about customers who pay her salary. The store does close at 11pm but you never made any last announcements stating that the store was closed and yet you had several people n line after 11pm but yet you threatened and harassed me. Just because you don’t want to be there doesn’t mean you treat people with such disrespect. Walmart you really need to do training with these nasty managers. This is t the first time that I had a nasty manager that acts like the customer is obligated to take her smart remarks about shopping in Walmart. If you do t want to do your job then get another because she is a miserable individual. Please get your managers some training on how to speak to customers.

I never picked up from Wal*Mart before and realized pick-up seems to be for those that drive. When I arrived, Mr. Al helped me out and was really kind and understanding. He was also very fast to grab my bags and explain the system. Thank you so much!

My favorite Walmart is this particular one, even though it's not as close as I would like it to be. It surpasses the one on Wheatseaf Lane by far. What sets this Walmart apart from the one near my home is the presence of self-checkout lanes and employees who assist customers in finding the right register to ensure a quick checkout process. Whenever I visit this Walmart, I find myself out the door faster than at any other Walmart I've been to. The shelves are always well-stocked, with very few instances of items being out of stock. However, one aspect I'm not fond of is the fact that many items are locked up and require assistance from an employee. Although I understand the need for heightened security measures, there are times when finding an employee to unlock these items can result in a wait of an additional 5 to 10 minutes, especially during busy times. Moreover, this Walmart features a dedicated checkout line specifically for personal items such as deodorant, toiletries, and vitamins. Customers are required to checkout at this register and are not allowed to bring these items to the main checkout area. This can sometimes result in delays, as this particular register tends to get busy. Fortunately, I was able to locate a Walmart employee who promptly assisted me with the one item we needed to purchase, allowing us to checkout quickly. I commend this employee for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. In conclusion, I would rate this Walmart five stars as it is the best one I have visited, with the exception of one in Georgia.

I attempted to return an unopened HP replacement ink cartridge -- still sealed, in perfect condition -- for a completely valid reason. I had originally purchased the item personally, and shortly after, my company provided the same ink for me, making my purchase redundant. This is a simple, logical, and legitimate reason for a return. What I encountered instead was an absolute refusal from both the customer service representative and the store manager, with no credible explanation or policy cited to justify their decision. They simply would not allow the return -- period. No alternatives were offered, no effort was made to assist me, and I was essentially dismissed. The item was unopened, and I was well within Walmart's 90-day return policy. There was absolutely no basis for their refusal. What truly highlights how unacceptable this situation was is what happened the very next day. I drove to the original Walmart location in Willow Grove, PA, where I had made the purchase, and they processed my return immediately and without hesitation -- because I was, in fact, well within the return window. No questions, no pushback, no drama. This raises a serious question: why was I turned away at the Columbus Blvd location when the return was entirely valid? This reflects a severe lack of training, poor judgment, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction at this specific location. Customers deserve consistent, respectful, and policy-compliant service at every Walmart -- not arbitrary decisions made by staff who are either uninformed or simply unwilling to help. I am deeply disappointed and will be thinking twice before shopping at this location again.

If I could rate this place under 1 star, I would. In my experience, it was one of the worst establishments I’ve ever visited, and I don’t say that lightly. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet basic expectations. I would not return or recommend it based on my visit. I would rather sleep outside for a night than step foot back into this Walmart!
