Ashley Mercado 2 months agoIf I don't have time to enter the store or if is to crowded (most of the time), I pick up. First, they need to open more registers because is insane that you have to stay in line for 35-40 minutes because of no registers. Second, they should tell the employees if you don't like your job, quit. They're very rude on the register(not all) and everytime you want help to open something you've to wait 20 minutes to get it or never cameback to help. Third, I order water everytime I do pickup but always, always put they don't have. I went inside the store to see if it was true they don't but guess what? They do have, even the brand I ordered or the suggested one. And last but not least, I put that I bring my reusable bags and I put them in the truck open so they can come and just put the items on them. Guess what?, they don't care, they throw my stuff and the milk (inside of the plastic bag they gave me as courtesy I guess) was dripping that when I went to grab it it was milk all over the other products inside of it. I knock in the pick up door and explain to them and the said they can't do nothing about it. They didn't replace the article or nothing. I told them how can I do a report and they didn't even respond to that they told me have a nice day and close the door. Lost money and no help. Also, to crowded, not much cashiers, not much merchandise. Employees think this is a club or something. And if you want something either they don't have it or is stolen.
Shelly Shell (Mademoiselle) 3 months agoCrazy how much inventory consumers deplete each day. Shelves restocked completely every night. Considering that, this Walmart isn't all that bad . 1 gripe Cashiers aren't matched for volume 2nd gripe Items on shelf aren't in line with prices, always check sku match.
TIfphanie Lawton 5 months agoI used to do a lot of pickups here and I did one random pickup today and remembered why I stopped altogether! They usually forgot parts of my order- but also- they allow the pick up spots to be filled with people walking into the store so it’s very hard getting a spot! I’m here now and 100% of the spots are taken by empty cars… everyone walked into the store. What’s the point then? I have other Walmarts I will visit and not this one anymore. They don’t care or value pickup business!
Robert O'Donnell 8 months agoThe absolute worst retail experience a person could have. If you go at night, they load every single aisle with pallets of items and start stocking while people are still shopping. You can barely move your cart let alone find something that you need. Employees EVERYWHERE doing absolutely nothing, but there's literally 2 or 3 registers open with lines going wayyyy into the clothing sections lol. The place is a complete joke stay away
Michael Hyde 8 months agoI don’t frequent Walmart stores too often for various reasons. For niche items at a good price, sometimes Walmart is the only option. More generally, this supercenter is like all the other ones in terms of layout, items offered and customer service (or lack there of). Came here on a Sunday morning and it was fairly rammed with people doing their weekly shopping. Checkout lines were long. This is as expected. Would be nice to have self checkout lines to speed up the process. If it’s to discourage theft it speaks to the lack of trust the company has in the customers frequenting this specific store. It would be different if the human cashiers were pleasant. However, the one I had was slowing down the checkout process even more by texting on their phone and listening to voice notes in between customers. The idea of service with a smile is sadly missing. If it’s any consolation, the bags are of high quality and reusable for many different things.
