I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent checkout experience at your store. While being rung up on 2/12/26 on register 6 at the time of 11:12:50pm I noticed that one of the items I selected (a Hefty Shrink-Pak Large storage bag set) appeared to be tampered with. I politely asked the cashier if a discount could be applied due to the packaging appearing opened. I understand that store policy may not allow cashiers to authorize discounts without management approval, and that was not my main concern. What concerned me was the way the situation was handled. The cashier responded by telling me that I could not say I was opening the item, then took the product out of my hand abruptly and proceeded to ring it up. I then clearly stated that I did not want the item included on my bill if it could not be discounted, as I was unsure whether it had been tampered with. I ultimately asked for the item to be removed and completed my purchase without it. My concern is not about the discount itself, but about the manner in which the interaction was handled. I felt dismissed and disrespected by the tone and physical action of the item being taken from my hand. I am sharing this feedback because I believe customer interactions should remain professional and respectful, even when store policy limits certain requests. So organized, and accurate with their online stuff. I wanted a bed and other things, I checked online and they said exactly where I can find it and what store close to me that has them. I drove there around 8pm and found it exactly as it was online for the same price. Plus I picked up other stuff, the layout makes it easy to find stuff there was always a staffer around that you could ask for help, they are friendly and kind and helpful. The manager on duty responded to issues quickly and kept the team on their toes. The atmosphere is great and the price is just right.

I had a return and I was in and out of the store in ten minutes. Had nice clearance items. Didn’t get anything because the lines were very long with only two cashiers.

Walmart had some great valentine gifts for kids I give the kids & teachers V-day gifts Walmart always been a Wonderful place to shop!

I went to the store and as usual things are never where they are suppose to be. The young cashiers have no customer service skills. I asked the cashier for a price check, she never called anyone and told me I had to get off her line so she could take the next customer. While waiting for someone to help me a young lady (Associate) saw me upset and asked could she help me. Quanda helped me with the price issue and went ahead and helped me check out. She is what you call a great asset to this store. Other associates need to learn from her. Thank you Quanda for the excellent customer service.
