It was well arranged, neat and tidy. Found our basic grocery from here. It was not crowded on a Sunday night, which made shopping easy and quick. Got sugar, salt, milk and veggies. They looked fresh and colourful. Parking was also easy as there was so much empty parking space right outside.

Walmart does not use tap to pay. I just realized that my card was hacked after having to put it in the slot. It has taken me hours to get it settled. I had my card cancelled and now have to contact all my automatic payments. So much hassle.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Walmart due to the behavior of the cashier, Brandi. From the moment I approached the register, she was rude, unhelpful, and openly argumentative over simple questions. Instead of assisting or trying to resolve the issue, she made the situation worse with her attitude and tone. Customer service should never feel hostile, yet that's exactly how this encounter felt. There was no professionalism, no patience, and no willingness to help. I left the store frustrated and honestly shocked at how poorly I was treated. Walmart needs to seriously address this kind of behavior because it drives customers away. I expect better and hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I'm still shaking from my horrible experience at this Walmart, as I was racially profiled while doing Walmart Spark. I've been doing Walmart Spark for 2 years and have never experienced an issue like I did here. As a young black girl, this was one of the scariest experiences, to the point that I started crying because I've never stole anything in my life, and the self checkout attendant tried to make it seem as it I had. I followed all of the procedures I was supposed to when checking out as a Spark delivery driver, including going to the Spark check out lane, showing the self checkout attendant the barcode that I was doing Spark (which I guess he was not paying attention and walked away soon after I got up there). Usually with Walmart Spark, they provide a digital barcode through the Spark app to scan that you are starting your checkout. Sometimes it will prompt that someone will have to come over and check your cart, in which an attendant will come over and scan a few items, and sometimes it will not (it's randomized). This particular time, the checkout screen prompted that I was good to go so I started bagging my groceries for my two small orders, as I normally would. When I got done bagging, I showed the same self checkout attendant that I was done and showed him the exit barcode from the Spark app to let him know that I was leaving in case he needed to check a few items. He then proceeds to ask me that I am spark driver that they need to check my cart. I said okay, thinking they would check a few items, as most Walmart attendants do and let me be on my way, as we are timed on the orders we shop and deliver. Instead, he takes my phone and starts taking everything out of the bags that I had bagged up a certain way and mixing up the orders. He also took my phone and would not give it back. As I was trying to ask questions as to why they were taking each item out the bag, he just kept saying that he had to check the bags. He then tries to grab a fellow co-worker who was in the middle of checking out another customer to try to get him to also come check my bags, each item one by one. I have done Walmart Spark in Nashville and another city, at multiple locations and this is not the procedure and has never been done to me before. On top of that, the self checkout attendant was still holding my phone and I basically had to demand for him to give it back to me. The cashier who came over ended up grabbing a manager to help since he was in the middle of helping someone else, and the manager that came (don't remember her name, but I know it starts with an M) was just as rude and degrading and kept saying "I'm just doing my job". However, I noticed while all of this was happening over a 10-15 minute period, there was another Spark delivery guy who was hispanic, who's cart size/order was double the size of mine and they checked his for a second and just let him go and starting bagging his items without question. I knew in the moment this process was unjust, because there is no way that when it is busier that they have time go through each and every shopper's cart and bags to check every single item to see if it matches up with there order. This happened around 9-9:30pm at night, so it was a lot slower than it was during the day time. After waiting another period, in which the self checkout attendant and manager "M" had messed up and intertwined all of items for my two orders, they tried to get me to re-bag everything myself. I was also crying at this point and people were staring, as trying to figure out what was going on. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a public setting and although you hear about these situations happening to other people, you never think that it might happen to you. Whether it was racial or not, the situation was handled poorly and put me behind on my delivery times for my customers/orders which affects my metrics on the Spark app. As a Nashville native myself, I never plan to shop at this store and hope you avoid this store as well. I hope the employees involved are also held accountable.

Nice to walk into a Walmart and shop for food like you used to be able to do. Lot of selection but could have been a lot cleaner.
