Had a pretty good experience The staff was all friendly I found what I needed pretty easily it was a clean store All I know it's a good Walmart there on nolensville Pike so I enjoy going to that one One of the best ones around if you ask me Plus I seen a really cool truck there One of the coolest trucks I've ever seen in my life

Was followed around by this locations “secret shopper” and decided to begin following him instead. Confronted him about it as we was dumbfounded and acted extremely slow and was trespassed. I’m an African American man wearing gym clothes and spent over 30 minutes at that point in the store with only healthy foods in my cart. Not sure what the criteria is but please beware to be followed but he was astonished to be caught. It’s extremely disrespectful and I’d suggest more training. Please beware of this man and take notice when you see him as he’s not good at fake shopping. Shkelzen was the name security gave me of him as he wouldn’t give it to me himself and I’ll be extending whatever means necessary to get this grievance pushed.

I go online and see this store is available for fishing license.I asked several employees where to locate the section to acquire the lesson and they helped me no problem.The problem is when I get to the help desk for the license no one is there.Thats okay but after I pressed the help button multiple times and have 2 employees walk past me and just look at me waiting.I decided to ask one and he immediately says we don’t sell them anymore.So everyone else I asked didn’t know that or is just one person lying to not do work.All the workers I seen were just standing around talking to one another.I would like more professionalism while helping customers and clear answers.This is a Walmart not some dollar store.

My son and I had traveled from Toronto to Tennessee and I had lost my phone at the Toronto airport. An employee named Zachary has helped us with very difficult circumstances connecting a new prepaid phone and plan where he had spent over 2 hours on the phone with support to finally get the phone up and running. I appreciated the persistence and by getting this phone to work it will now make this trip much less stress free, thanks.

Horrible service manager didn’t want to help me open one of the locked up products that i desperately needed because i was coming from out of town. It was 10 minutes from closing and her name was Angelic stay away from this Walmart. Ive never had a Walmart manager treat me like that before. I get it that they were about to close but there was no reason for them to be so rude. I come from a town where Walmart does not have any product locked up. Like seriously they lock up the underwear here? Thats how desperate they are around this town?
