We come to this store quite a bit and one thing I’ve noticed recently is that while they have a pretty decent selection and prices through grocery and electronics (for the most part), their customer service needs a LOT of work. My wife was in here one time needing to try on a piece of clothing in the fitting room and when I went to ask an employee for help, she didn’t even speak any English, which is kind of sad and ridiculous considering this is an American Walmart. The next two employees I went to also had no clue how to even figure out who had the key to help with the dressing room. You guys need a serious overhaul in your customer service training. The photos I posted with this are just from one trip of going through grocery, and as you can see they don’t like to actually clean up their messes as much as just covering them up. Also, I don’t really think it’s a smart policy to not have anyone who can fix faulty watches on staff. They sold me one that didn’t work and then refused to fix it and their reason was “we just don’t do that here.” Their electronics employees are usually pretty helpful though and the customer Returns Center is usually pretty good about being prompt, but I find it sort of inconvenient and silly that that part of the store closes long before the store itself closes. Overall, I’d say and equal balance of problems and good quality. I mean, I know it’s Walmart, but come on guys, I think you can do better than this.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kayla F in OPD was amazing! I was having trouble getting in touch with someone at Walmart, and she went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to get me connected with the Automotive department and made sure I was able to speak with the right person. Great customer service, friendly attitude, and genuinely helpful. ⭐ 1-Star Review for Walmart – Dickerson Rd (Nashville, TN) Two days in a row, I stopped by the hot deli around lunchtime — yesterday around 11 a.m., today around 12 p.m. — and both times the situation was the same. The pans were empty, no sides were ready, and the macaroni pan was completely scraped out. The mashed potatoes were almost gone, and there were only a few potato wedges and some meat available. From what I gathered, they’re running on a skeleton crew. Having worked at this exact location myself, I know management tends to cut staff toward the end of the year to secure bonuses, but this is unacceptable for paying customers. Walmart patrons shouldn’t be expected to pay $8.99 per pound for just meat when the main deal is supposed to be the full plate — meat and sides. Two days in a row of poor presentation and lack of options shows serious mismanagement. This store needs stronger leadership and better staffing, especially during lunchtime. Unacceptable experience. I have video evidence showing exactly what customers are walking into.

While I did not do any shopping while I was at this Walmart, I did use their banking services. The ladies they had working there this Saturday we're extremely nice and very helpful. It was great customer service and they made my banking experience quick and painless. I definitely recommend the banking services here. While customer service seems to be a lost art these days, these women have given me faith.

Needed to use fitting room to try on a couple clothing items before purchasing. Out of 5 employees that were nearby only ONE.. 1 kind, Helpful employee. 2 employees were working in the clothing dept Stated they knew no English (really??) and pointed to the 1 that was actually nice but let me know the ladies in jewelry would be the ones to have the key. As I approached the 2 ladies that were both at the jewelry counter, one ringing up a customer. I had to repeat myself twice before getting a responce. One told me there would be someone over there (obviously wasn't going to help) The one at the register says I'm helping a customer. Lol. I thought to myself Yea no shit!!!! I can see. I just stood there. I could tell didn't want to help but she then asked me what I needed to try on!!! Really??? I told her and she told me she'd be over to help in a minute. She did come unlock the fitting room door after waiting just a few more minutes. Now, how hard was that??? Really!!!!!??? Customer service (Walmart employees here at this Walmart need to be re trained or replaced!! That's no way to treat people. You ARE there to help customers NOT just to collect a pay check. JS.
