I come here all the time and this guy in the suit is always helping people out. He steps out of his way to make sure the older people working here are okay. He looked genuinely concerned about this man and I don’t know his name but he def makes sure this store is taken care of. The workers are really nice and so are the security.

This is a review of the store delivery drivers and department. Driver name Zoe J. It is my opinion that the workers of this department don't know what they're doing or don't care, this location is quite simply put the most disorganized and least helpful I have ever used. On February 14th I had a delivery scheduled, the driver left the store on time but seem to take a long way to my apartment yet there was no additional delivery listed on the app and they seem to stop at an apartment complex on Forest Lane for almost 30 minutes, when I called the store to find out what was going on the woman I spoke to kept trying to make excuses saying well your delivery has a window of two more hours when I reminded her that the lady had already left the store and had chilled items in the car then she changed her tone. I asked her to contact the worker she refused. I asked to speak to a manager she asked me which manager like I'm supposed to know who her boss is. Finally got hold of a manager. Then when the delivery was completed the worker didn't ask for the signature or the pin number as requested for my deliverys she just left them.at the door did not knock or ring the bell, this keeps happening. This needs to stop It needs to be investigated otherwise I will cancel my walmart Plus Membership, there are so many better options out there than this store. Driver left store at 1:04 Parked at apartment on forest lane at 1:10 Then arrived at my apartment at 1:45 My apartment is less than 5 min from the one she was parked at. She seems to have taken a break while my delivery including chilled items where in her car. For this reason I cannot recommend you use this Walmart store especially for chilled items. Management need to investigate this before something worse happens.

I wanted to buy something that was locked in one of those security cabinets. I found an employee and asked for help. He didnt have the keys. He said he would find someone to help me. I waited 15 minutes before I gave up and left. Thanks for nothing. Not only can nobody steal those items, nobody can buy them either. They are essentially display only. Why even bother stocking them? Might as well not even have them. Waste of space.

Got stopped multiple times trying to shop because yall didn't believe I had money. Embarrassing for me and you as a company to have employees stalk someone just trying to buy groceries and then not allow them to check out at check out is asinine. Yall need to reach out and make this right asap. Got stopped at the door as well! I guarantee I make more than yall do to stop someone that many times is just insulting. Oh, and don't bother calling the store they won't answer you.
