I’ve shopped at this Walmart for a long time, but after this experience I honestly don’t even know if I want to come back. When I went to check out, there was an older employee at the front desk named Caesar. I’m disabled and only had about 5 items, so I politely asked if I could check out there instead of struggling through self-checkout. Before I could barely finish explaining myself, he immediately shut me down with an attitude and told me if I needed help, someone at self-checkout could help me instead.I explained to him that it’s already difficult for me to move around because of my disability, and ever since the checkout remodel it’s been even worse with large carts constantly blocking the self-checkout area. He looked completely annoyed that I was even asking for help. There was no sympathy, no effort to accommodate me, and no basic customer service whatsoever. I still had to struggle my way through the crowded self-checkout area while he sat there leaned back on his phone laughing and joking around like helping a disabled customer was too much to ask. The whole thing felt degrading and embarrassing. What made it even worse was the interaction with the manager, Liz. My daughter was sitting on the bagging area for literally a few seconds while tying her shoe, and Liz rushed over with an attitude to correct her instead of speaking kindly or respectfully. Meanwhile, I overheard employees talking about how someone had just walked out of the store with over $100 worth of groceries stolen. It honestly says a lot when management seems more focused on my child tying her shoe than an actual thief leaving the store with stolen items. The entire experience felt cold, rude, and completely lacking compassion. I wasn’t asking for special treatment just basic decency and understanding as a disabled customer. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, ignored, and embarrassed. Just wow..do better walmart, just hiring anybody and everybody.

I recently discovered this little Walmart supermarkets and my first experience going there was quite pleasant, however it's been a few months since I've been there and since then there's been quite a change the food there is always almost back to expire so you have to really check the deli. The other day I went in there and was going to buy a cooked rotisserie chicken and there was flies inside the bags. I told one of the workers as she was walking by she said she would handle it but they were still left on the shelf a gentleman came and grabbed a bag and put them in his buggy I told him about the bugs it creeped him out so he put them back I caught two more Walmart employees and ask them about the removal of the food from the deli because there was flies basting inside the chicken bags. They said that they would have them removed. I just find their deli area to not be in the best of conditions with their salads and things looking very expired even if they are only going to expire in the next 3 or 4 days but I've noticed they don't keep really anything real fresh there if you buy something you better be ready to eat it the same day otherwise it's not going to be good the next day. I have bought some of their meat from there it seems to be okay overall it's good to make a quick stop and grab something but to grocery shop for a week's worth of groceries go somewhere else.

I did a small shopping trip for supplies this Sunday, and I checked out on the register number 13. A young lady assicate whose name i didnt catch, attempted to help me over the wall divider behind the register. She tried to help but could only do/see so much from the other side. A middle aged Asian man with a name tag "Hai" joined and assisted me, but after she relinquished control over to him, he said "she doesn't know what she's doing." In my own opinion as a regional manager, that is NOT how you talk about your team, whether you are a manager or a regular associate. You dont speak TO the customer about how bad your team is, or any negative connotation toward such. That discourages customer satisfaction and makes it awkward all around. He needs some retraining on interaction with both customer and employee.

Was just at this location. Couldn't get the credit card reader to read my card because it was broken. There was a manager standing next to me. I had to ask her five times and literally yell at her the last time to get help from her. She was 3 ft away from me. She was too busy talking to another employee to help an actual customer who needed help. She was extremely rude and blew me off and walked away. It's all on camera. Y'all should go back and watch it.
