I went to this Walmart on Friday oct/24/2025 around 5:50 6:00 PM at the grocery checkout area, and the cashier was extremely rude. I made a simple comment to my partner, and the employee responded with a nasty attitude, refused to apologize, and even made an offensive hand gesture. That’s totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope Walmart reviews the cameras from that time and takes action, because no customer deserves to be treated like that. The employe is the burgundy jackett!!

If I could give it a zero I would. Want to have a bad experience for free come here employees and manager act confused and have a horrible attitude. They overwork their employees they are all in a bad mood. There is no Yes my I help you, or I apologize I can help. We had an incident with an employee he acted tough around my children and at the end hid behind the manager and the securitys. The manager never apologized for the rude behavior instead we got in trouble all thought you can see on the video the guy confronting my son (who is 16) more than once. The securitys were very unprofessional and made racial comments saying !"ooh I see where you coming from... That is the reason I added a scope to my sniper.! After we got mad at him for assuming they all assumed When I told the manager he looked confused and the security number one said "I didn't say that he did"! Threw his partner under the bus. Security number 2 came in there making jokes like the situation was funny.. after an hour security number 2 told security number 1 I clocked you out you're on break so security number 1 decided to get on the phone with his daughter in the middle of the situation that was supposed to be serious.

Great for me however Angela my girl with me had a seizure and they tried to detain her. She stole nothing. Aware but cannot stop body. She has p. N. E. S. And epilepsy. Homeless we are rn

I have been coming to this Walmart for years, and I don't bother the employee's much with unnecessary needs or wants. There are a few employees I'm very fond of like Tom and Ruben. But last night on December 28th 2025 I needed help in automotive dept getting a light bulb for my headlight. I asked a employees Maribel or Marisol to help when she was done with another customer. She never came and helped me, yet I found her over in automotive checkout register (which was closed) talking to another employee. When I asked her about getting help she informed me she was on her lunch break. Which I understand, I'm not asking her to give up her time to help me. I asked her twice who can help, and instead of informing me I could go find any associate she tells me she does not know. How did she not know when she works there she just didn't want to talk to me she didn't want to have anything to do with it at all because she was sitting there talking to somebody and at the end of the day I feel very disrespected by her because she did not want to answer a simple question all I wanted to know was who could help me get a headlight for my car. This is not the first time there have been other times I have asked her for help or I've asked her a question and she answers with I don't know. I don't understand what it is about Walmart you know you guys need to start being a little bit more thorough when you hire people I don't want to go to Walmart and ask an employee for help and they tell me I don't know.

This company thinks that the public should have to accept their BS when it comes to allowing EACH AND EVERY PERSON THAT ORDERS ONLINE, THEIR RIGHT TO BE ABLE TO SELECT SUBSTITUTIONS ON THEIR ORDERS. THERE WILL SURELY BE A BAD REVIEW FROM ME EACH AND EVERY TIME I PLACE AN ONLINE DELIVERY AND CANNOT DO SUBSTITUTIONS. They set it up like that so that people will have to do a second order which is earning them more money. As long as WAL-MART been in existence, there is absolutely no way and no acceptable reasons why every time someone places an order, there's several items they don't have.
