I could not find anyone to open a locked case to be able to buy what I came for. Pushed the button at the case 12 times and was told some one was one the way but never showed up. I asked anyone with a blue vest on but they where unable to unlock the case. After calling the store over 5 times to try and get help with this, gave up because no one would pick up. My question why even put items in the locked cases this seems to stop people from being able to buy them getting frustrated and just leaving the store without buying anything at all. It's much easier just to order from Amazon

My friend and I were gaslit for 45 minutes about the location of bicycle pumps. After having 3 separate employees tell us the same locations to try to find bicycle pumps (one of which stated, while laughing, I walk past them every day) I asked for the store manager. He told me the same location as the other employees. I asked him to show me. After he spent 15 minutes looking for a bicycle pump and calling department leaders over, I was told that they must no longer carry bicycle pumps. When I returned to the front, my friend was gone. I asked the employees in the area, if they had seen him. I was told he left. Thankfully, I waited around to make sure because 10 to 15 minutes later, as I was finally leaving, he was being escorted out of a little room off to the side. Come to find out, he had been accused of stealing an item in his already paid for bag. A bag, that had been already checked and verified by the receipt; which, he also had. So while I was with the manager trying to find a bicycle pump, he was being harassed by Walmart employees for allegedly stealing something he had just bought and had the receipt for. Thirty minutes of literal threats for them to tell him they misread the receipt and for him to be banned for 72 hours. Insanity. This Walmart is the epidemy of trash. Be better.

I’ve visited multiple Walmart locations across the metroplex, and unfortunately this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The level of customer service at this store was no where to be found just seems like they just hire whoever submits and application. During checkout, the cashier scanned a drink I intended to purchase, but when it didn’t register in the system, there was no effort made to resolve the issue. Instead, I was simply told, “it is what it is,” without any attempt to look up the item or seek assistance. This lack of basic problem-solving and customer care was disappointing…. The Manager needs to really pay attention to they hire.

If i could give a 0 start i would today i visit the location trying to purchase an item this old lady was there i asked for the item and she just tore it of the rack because it had a red tag on so then i go asking for a second item then she goes it’s closed i can’t get it no more so i go well what is the difference you just tore the other item why can’t you do the same for this one she goes no it’s closed so then i left i didn’t purchase anything at all if you work in customer service please be polite i get it it’s been a long day but you don’t have to act like that in no way shape or form all i ask if for an item that i was going to purchase i wasn’t going to steal

Got charged twice for one item had to go to guest services to get it fixed. Tell me how guest service tells me it happens a lot cause you are pushing the new cashiers to be fast instead of quality. Quality over quantity. I will not be returning until all managers have been disciplined for this failure to train employees properly.
