Dear Walmart Customer Service, I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent purchase I made on February 17, 2026. Upon opening the product, I discovered that the expiration date indicated was from 2024, which raised serious concerns about the safety and quality of the item. To further complicate the situation, I noticed that the product was reduced in price on February 16, 2026, yet the item was still being sold past its expiration date. Additionally, I was not charged the full price of the product (the $4.48), which adds to my confusion regarding this transaction. This situation is deeply troubling as it suggests that outdated and potentially unsafe products may be sold to consumers. I am requesting a resolution to this matter and would appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue. It is important that products on your shelves are both safe for use and accurately priced. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this concern.

Chris in electronics helped me prepare for the winter storm when I was in desperate need today. Thank you, Chris for helping me find the last few power banks in the store. Evan from automotive helped me prepare for the winter storm today as well. He was very helpful and so kind. He helped me find absolutely every product that I needed for the TEXAS winter storm just in time. He even pulled products right off the truck for me, specifically propane for a Coleman grill. Wonderful and amazing customer service all around today. I am so grateful to have local customer service representatives in Fort Worth that care about everyone’s safety during the Texas winter storm. Additionally, Jo Jo was awesome and help me find water jugs when the water aisle in the grocery department didn’t have any. If you are in need of water jugs for this winter storm, check your local Walmart, baby aisle for nursery water jugs. 5 STARS GUYS ! THANK YOU ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was with Holidays and Heroes shopping today for Christmas gifts (many, many items) for military children at NAS JRB Fort Worth and Shannon B was one of the best cashiers I have ever encountered. We had several major glitches with our credit card (nothing to do with Walmart) and she handled it all with such grace and a friendly smile. A stressful situation was made pleasant by Shannon. Thank you Walmart at Westworth Village!!

I have to say this morning I was rushing nervous needed cupcakes for my son signing day to go off to college well I was just go pick up any type I can add to the decorations but I didn't see anything to my liking for football. So I was like dang until MELANYE ❤️ from bakery came and ask did I need some help I was quick to say yes and ask do you guys have any football cupcake do to superbowl coming up she said not at this moment. I was lowkey sad thinking I let my son down knowing I suppose to order a day ahead she stop doing what she did and put it all together for me made it all work I wish I can let her know what she did they loved the cupcake and most of all my son .. she is a blessing it all went good with the decorations Melanye thank you from the bottom of my heart you are amazing woman I can tell you truly love doing what you do..from my family to you ty. (Couple of pics from today wanted you all to know what she did for us truly amazing and you guys have a superstar and bakery love this walmart and most of all the bakery)

We go to this location all the way from Joshua ONLY for the amazing pharmacy staff. We have been going to them for over 20 years now and had horrible insiders issues when we tried to move our prescriptions closer to our home. These techs go above and beyond when it comes to our medication and insurance issues. They alone are worth the 45 minute drive. Otherwise, the store is horrible as far as service! You can find everything you need. Just be prepared to find out completely on your own. There is NEVER anyone working that you can ask for help from. And if you go to the front and ask for help, they say they send someone but they never come. There is never anyone to check you out. Self check out is the only option. I know some people are used to that and fine with it. I don’t mind when I just need a few things either. But if I’m getting a cart full of groceries I will definitely not spend my money here where I have to check out bag my own full cart. I don’t get paid for that and hate the Walmart has turned into a money hoarding machine. I will pay the prices that are a bit higher at Target to get service while shopping & checking out. And you have wonderful interactions with really nice employees! Walmart, please go back to customer service.
