This is the worse Walmart I have ever been to with incompetent managers. I went to the electronics area to get headphones, but nobody came to assist. Another customer found someone who said that area was closed. There weren’t any signs, but that’s fine. I got some cheaper head phones and went to my car to charge them while still in the parking lot, and the box was empty. Missing the actual ear buds and all but one cover. I immediately walked back inside to let the cashier know that happened. Those ladies were great. So because they didn’t thoroughly check the box when it was previously returned, I’m the one stuck losing money. I heard the manager tell the supervisor to just exchange them, but he wouldn’t. He just stood there like he didn’t know what to do. I am not a customer who ever complains or gets frustrated, I’m in leadership and get it. Just because it was closing time, and the one Hispanic supervisor didn’t want to do what he was instructed to do, they told me to come back in the morning. I wasted 30 minutes when they could have told me this from the beginning and why they couldn’t, I would have been on my way. The last thing I’m going to try to do is scam someone for $60 headphones.

Lady at the deli went from slicing ham to roast beef and wasn't going to clean it when I requested turkey. I looked at the other slicer and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Different colored meat pieces just chillin on the counter under the slicer. Gross

Been going to this Walmart for years, but not anymore. Today I went and used the self checkout when the receipt printer jammed. The red light started blinking and I looked at the old white lady working there who was staring right at me but still talking to her coworker. Since she wasn’t moving towards me to fix the problem I figured that meant I could just leave, but when I tried to leave she got really snippy and basically accused me of stealing. Not my first bad experience here, but definitely my last.

Although Walmart is always crowded, I was there to go to the inside bank called Woodforest. It's a very small bank inside Walmart and easy to get to. Today there were only a couple of customers. I was able to withdraw some money and get in and out quickly. My timing was right today, but I didn't shop. Shopping is a different thing in Walmart although I like their self checkout scanners and they're very easy to use...

I ordered 4 tires with installation online. I had to reschedule the appointment for installation twice because it said the order was delayed. I looked up the tracking and it was saying Fort Worth. Finally I called to see what was the problem and the tires were there the whole time. No one had bothered to scan them in. After my call it took about 10 minutes to get a message saying they were ready for pickup. No one had told me when I ordered that they can’t install that size tire so I would need to take them somewhere else.
