I had grocery pickup this evening between 5–6 PM, and I wanted to recognize Connor for the excellent customer service he provided. Connor brought my groceries out and was extremely kind, patient, and attentive. While we were discussing the milk, I mentioned that the last two times I ordered groceries, the milk had leaked all over my trunk area by the time I got home. He immediately reassured me that it was not a problem and let me know he had already noticed one of the milk containers had leaked, so he had replaced it with another half gallon. As he was loading my groceries, he realized some of the leaked milk had gotten on other grocery items in my trunk. Without hesitation, he got paper towels and cleaned everything up for me. His attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. I just wanted to say thank you again, Connor, for taking such care and pride in your work. Your kindness truly made my day, and Walmart is fortunate to have an employee like you.

I'm always a happy customer after shopping at Walmart Lake Worth. I like the way everything is organized. Employees are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work

Today I met my new barber Savana J. It’s not to often you go into a place for the 1st time and you get a perfect hair cut, but today that happened! Her attention to detain and professionalism is one to be followed by all! From an Ol Vet, Thank you for a job well done. For those who read this ASK for Savana, you will be glad you did!

While this is the Walmart we visit regularly, we prefer the other one off Jacksboro Highway. This location doesn't always have the items we need or in stock. AND THEN THERE IS...the aisle of water and beverages. It is always partially or completely empty of Sam's brand water or TOO HIGH. If there is any, it is ALL the way in the back, too far to reach. Surely there is a better option... like slanting the shelves so the items slide to the front when one is removed. Like MOST of the other Walmarts. SEE PHOTOS. The restrooms need several repairs, updates and definitely hosed down completely. The locks on stalls are difficult to lock. Do they even have maintenance go in there to check for needed repairs? I love that i can use self check out. But there are times when help is still needed and there's no one around! Or the 1 person they have watching over the area is very busy and the wait is too long! Also there are def. Never enough employees on the floor. If I don't know where something is going to be then I avoid going here bc I hate walking around forever looking for an associate to help
