I recently visited this location and had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with a customer service representative, Jorquetta Saner, at the customer service center. I came in with my husband to return a TV. Another associate, Tamisha, initially assisted me, and I requested to speak with a manager. She left to get one, but after waiting approximately 30 minutes with absolutely no update, I asked JORQUETTA SANER if she could check on the situation or contact a manager. Instead of helping, she completely ignored me. She continued moving around the area and chose to assist another customer while I was still waiting. After she finished, I addressed her about ignoring my request, and her response was to laugh, act disrespectfully, and walk away, leaving the area unattended. This behavior was not only unprofessional but extremely disrespectful. At that point, I had no choice but to find help myself. Thankfully, Ms. Adriana, a greeter, stepped in and provided the assistance that should have been given from the beginning. This entire situation was handled poorly and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and basic customer service. JORQUETTA SONER'S behavior was unacceptable and should be addressed. I hope to be contacted by upper management to have this resolved.

I would like for corporate to watch the cameras from 6 o’clock to 615 and see their employees playing around and ignoring people. The only reason they even paid attention was because another employee needed something or else they would’ve just blew me off. Talking and playing around and cosmetics. Manager even told them they need to practice better customer service but that does nothing. The thing about it is me being out with him then I’ll get into it with the another customer, which could all be avoided. If they would just do their job they don’t realize the snow like that can cause.

I had an appointment for an oil change at the Walmart Auto Care Center, but I have been waiting for over three hours. The purpose of scheduling an appointment is to receive service within a reasonable timeframe, and unfortunately that was not my experience. The staff was courteous, but the wait time was extremely disappointing and inconvenient. If appointments cannot be honored close to the scheduled time, customers should be informed in advance. I hope management addresses this issue to improve customer service.

Bought beef stew meat from Walmart. Got home put it in the fridge took it out the next morning and there were bumps all over the meat !!! I’ve NEVER saw this before in my life!! Absolutely disgusting and will not be buying meat here ever again.

I always enjoy shopping here, especially when I'm OTR.... Same great professional and helpful staff...
