Stopped by Walmart over the weekend. Walking through the store saw lots of updates. I read somewhere they're getting "Store of the furture" update. More brighter and modern, similar to the location on 249 and Spring Cypress. I like all the new set ups and displays. Some items have been moved around, so the layout has changed a bit as well. Their self checkout has also change. I think i liked it better the old way was more streamline. Now there's several lines to check out as opposed to one. Guess we'll see over time how that works out. Overall positive visit. Only negative is being the weekend should have all registers open to accommodate your customers. We want to walk in grab what we need and walk out. During my visit, I purchased a few essentials like Detergent, dish soap, and snacks. I do want to recommend these duck plushies I came across. My daughter loved them. They are too cute. Seems like anything "Duckie" is in right now. These are so affordable at $3.48. My daughter took two home.

I had a great experience at the Walmart on Hwy 249 & West Rd by the Tomball area. The parking lot is spacious with plenty of room for vehicles, and the roads leading in are smooth and easy to navigate. Inside the store, the aisles were well-stocked with the supplies customers need. The staff was friendly and hospitable, which made the visit even better. I was able to make my purchase quickly and efficiently. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience—I’ll likely shop here more often.

Not to busy when I went. The employee that checked me out was pretty rude tho. I had over 250 in groceries and normally if im still loading the belt the employee would help me wotht he bags putting in the cart. She did not. She seemed annoyed with me that i was taking a long time. Also after I paid putting then in the cart ..she stood there made me feel rushed ..I ended up placing my bread in the cart and put heavy stuff on top so it squished my bread. I beleave She was new. Not to sure tho. Other than that. Good trip for me.

I always have great experiences every time I go to Walmart. The greeters at the entrance are always smiling and very nice. The staff are very helpful and kind. I always find everything I need. Keep up the GREAT work! 🤗

I had a very frustrating experience at Walmart during checkout that I feel needs to be addressed. I was clearly waiting in line, yet three separate customers were allowed to go ahead of me without any acknowledgment from the cashier or staff. It made me feel completely overlooked and disrespected as a paying customer. What made this situation even more disappointing is that I have never felt disrespected by Walmart before, despite shopping here for years. This was the first time I’ve experienced something like this, and it truly stood out in a negative way. I understand that stores can get busy, but there should still be fairness and attention given to customers who are already waiting their turn. Watching multiple people skip ahead while I stood there was not only frustrating but also unprofessional. No one apologized or even recognized what was happening. Customer service should include being attentive and treating everyone equally. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that staff are more aware of their surroundings so situations like this don’t continue to happen.
