Customer service from here was horrible I ordered one TV online plugged it in it was broken. I returned that TV to the store. The lady put my money back on a gift card so I can go purchase another TV from the back which I did took it home And guess what? Broken again!!!!!!! The next morning, I return the second TV and I asked for my money back instead of a gift card. They told me they couldn’t refund my money that they would have to replace it with another gift card. I didn’t understand why they would think I would want another gift card after having two brken tvs come off the shelf there. So they wouldn’t give me my money back I had to take the gift card, but I refuse to spend my money there at this Walmart so I went to the Walmart on 1960. Purchased the same TV now I’m in my living room comfortably watching the TV that I wanted from the get-go. I had tipped the driver from the first tv Delivery. Three trips back and forth from walmartS emphasis on the S because I had to go to two different Walmarts.

Worst ever experience never get brand new tires from this location ever. They checked me in waited two hours and then they barely told me there was no weight to balance the tires after done paying the whole tires and warranty!!!! Then I took it it to another Walmart to do the balance and to top it off where they put the tires on they put so much line thing or water ever it’s called that it was almost going to be on my rotors and i would of had a hard to time to brake and shit!!!! They are not professional and very bad service would never take my car there anymore!!!!

Do not visit the auto center here. Employees don’t know how to honor the scheduling service and don’t cancel late appointments causing a long line of cars waiting to be serviced. I spoke to the gentlemen that work at the auto care center and they appeared to have no clue as to what they were doing. Apologies can only do so much. Do better. This location feels a bit dilapidated and the people in this area seem to lack common decency. Must be a crime ridden area because a lot of the items on the shelves are locked behind cages. Says all you need to know about this area. Same experience at the Home Depot in Summerwood. I have not had a good experience visiting this Walmart and have lowered my expectations. Feels like an inner city Walmart on the bad side of town.

I had a great experience with Je’Von at Walmart. He was working the register at night, and he was very friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. What really stood out to me was how calm and kind he was—he didn’t seem stressed or annoyed at all, which is honestly rare to see. We don’t come to Walmart often, so it really surprised me in the best way. It’s refreshing to come across someone like him. He’s truly a gem, and I just had to take a moment to commend him. Keep up the great work, Je’Von

I would have given this store 4 stars because, for the most part, my visits are quick and convenient. However, the constant solicitation near the electronics department significantly hurts the shopping experience. Every time I walk through that area, I am approached by third-party sales representatives trying to sell products or services unrelated to why I came to the store. It has become so frequent that I find myself actively trying to avoid them just to get to the electronics section, which is often the primary reason for my visit. Customers should be able to browse and shop without feeling pressured or interrupted. These aggressive sales tactics make the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. In fact, it often makes me question whether it's worth coming to the store at all when I can simply order what I need online and avoid the hassle entirely.
