I recently went to Walmart to buy groceries, including some yogurt that was clearly marked with an expiration date of June 12, 2026. When I got home and opened the yogurt to eat it, I was shocked to find that it was full of mold, even though it was supposedly still well within its expiration date. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that products on the shelves are fresh and safe to consume. Finding mold in a product that has not yet expired raises serious concerns about quality control and food storage practices. I am very disappointed with this experience and hope Walmart takes steps to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

G H E T T O. I guess it's not Walmarts fault, though. They tried to give the community a nice, big grocery store with cheaper prices. Unfortunately, people in the area aren't raised well, so now they have to lock up practically everything, and you have to wait ten plus minutes for an associate to unlock the soap, or medical supplies, or makeup, or... I could go on. I will never step foot in this Walmart again.

I’m really not one to make a big deal about service at a place like Walmart, but these employees need serious help. A line 12 people long in the auto center with one poor kid at the register (Daniel) who obviously doesn’t know how to do his job and shouldn’t be the only one in the whole center helping customers. I waited 45 minutes in this line just to get a case unlocked to get one (1) can of refrigerant. This was after I chased down two different employees who said only the auto care employees have the keys. This actually was not their fault — it’s a seriously stupid policy on management’s side that only makes it harder on the auto center employees. Anyway, an auto center employee finally opens the case for me, but then gives it right back to the kid who’s struggling at the register, who then doesn’t give me a second look even though I just waited nearly an hour to buy this stupid thing. The employee who opened the case eventually comes back, grabs the can that I’m buying, and tells me to follow him. Then he SPEED walks over to the tech desk without waiting for me. I’m a short gal so I was practically running to keep up with him, but he didn’t even look back or care. He slams the can onto the tech area checkout — at least there, Noe was polite and quick in finally checking me out. By the time I checkout and leave, the receipt checker at the exit is so rude and looks me up and down like I’m an alien when I ask him if I’m good to go? At least Noe at the tech desk was quick and polite. @@ the management here, your employees need more support; they clearly lack support, courtesy skills, and training. Worst Walmart ever — and that’s REALLY saying something.

Had a woman at this specific store be the sweetest with my daughter. She was fixated on a cat lazer pointer thing.. I also had a lot of groceries and she scanned what my daughter wanted most and offered it to her. Honestly the best customer service from anyone in a long time....I've been industry for 12 plus years...I'm glad y'all have someone who pays attention to detail and addresses customers needs. Also side note the lazer pointer last forever and I've bought two not just for my cats but for my besties as well.

I’m giving a five star writing because this is my Neighborhood Walmart that I can drive to within 5 to 7 minutes. They usually have whatever I’m looking for that I would purchase at a Walmart. Although they struggle with staffing, long checkout lines I know that it is no one’s fault as this is an issue at many Walmarts and other department stores. The staff that I encounter are always polite and nice however, it can be hard to find a staff member at times. Anything that I would rate lower for I feel like is a product of the industry and also where the store is located on a very busy intersection. Keep up the good work. I’ll continue coming as long as I live where I do now.
