I was at the checkout this morning and there was issue with the customer trying to pay with a gift card ahead of me, I had to wait a long time and my ice cream was melting, the checker told me to just tell the lady at the door and she will let me go get a good one. I did that and the door lady told me that I would have to go to customer service, I explained to her that was at the other end of the store and I am have trouble walking, she still insisted then called two young punk managers that were smart ass. I said ok and walked away and went back to the checker and told her, she told me to just go get the ice-cream and she would take care of the melted one. The checkout lady was very nice but the two punk guy managers and the door lady on the grocery end was very rude. I feel that a good manager would have told me sorry that happened let me take care of you, I will get you a new ice cream, he would have personally went and got it and brought it to me and again sorry about that and thanks for shopping at Walmart.

It was very busy as normal but while waiting for our ride I noticed the American flag and the texas flag in horrible shape! This store literally sells flags. They are weather torn and need replaced

The city of Houston needs to shut this walmart location down for the well-being of it's citizens. I was just passing by to pick up food supplies and I was completely stunned when I stepped out of my vehicle. You had packs of homeless drug addicts going around asking people for money. I thought I was safe when I entered the Walmart and boy was I wrong, they were walking inside the store aswell with couple of hpd officers on standby as security. These drug addicts are unpredictable, the city needs to do what's best when you have children walking around with their families. Will not be coming back to this location! Unbelievable smh!

Please make sure there is an associate that can answer the phones. Or be outside securing the gas pump. There are to many homeless asking for money and spitting on you if you don't give them anything.

Went to this Walmart today between 12:40 - 1 p.m. for a pair of jeans real quick. Once jeans selected I went to Electronics to check out. Caucasian male (possible Baby Boomer) cashier after helping the intial customer (Caucasian) at the counter sees me when I walk up waiting on his assistance/leaves from behind the counter to assist another Caucasian male w/o acknowledging me until I asked so are you about to assist him mumbled something then proceeded to walk past me. I told the manager on register 13 & a male store manager that the Cashier in electronics assisted all the white people & walked past me. Store manager stated he'd check the camera. First & last time stepping foot in that place for anything. Did not purchase that pair of jeans.
