There were several racks displaying sale prices. However, the sale price was not honored. The cashier requested assistance from, assumedly a manager. The, assumed, manager stated that they clearance items would have yellow price tags and that 'they' have been putting stuff in the wrong places. The 'wrong place' was nearly the entire Joyspun selection of sleepwear. Yellow tag or not, the signs are posted AND, management(floor staff, at the least) is aware of the misleading.

No one ever comes to the requested departments that needs key access. Even when a manager gets on the intercom to let associates know that its a customer in their assigned department, no one ever comes very unprofessional customer service from store associates. I was in the store for over 30minutes having to walk back and forth to get people to call for the auto section locked off area to be opened and even had to get a manager to call for the associate with the keys, couldn’t get any help and eventually left because I obviously wasn’t getting what I came for.

I had a great experience at the Walmart Tire Center today. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:00 PM but arrived a couple of hours early, and the team was able to take me right away and get my new tire installed ASAP. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The service was efficient, well-communicated, and completely stress-free. Really impressed with how smoothly everything went. I truly appreciate the team going above and beyond. Thank you Jamari for installing the tire! Highly recommend, I will definitely be coming back for all car services

This store is plagued with horrible customer service no presence of management. It’s always nasty. The employees always rude. I brought my car here for an oil change cause I normally go to Walmart. Just not this location an hour and 30 minutes later. It’s still sitting in the driveway, and when I inquire about, it, turns out the gentleman put in the wrong model everything even though my information was in their database he just was rushing was overwhelmed, not taking his time. It makes me question the accuracy and then integrity of this place. I would not encourage you to bring your vehicle here.
