I hate the fact that Walmart has to lock up pretty much every damn thing in the store. Employees move with no sense of urgency. Every trip to Walmart is never quick anymore, I have to wait for every employee to take their sweet time to unlock some the case. Here’s the best part, I have to be escorted to the other side of the store for the item. You’re telling me big brain walmart couldn’t think of anything smarter to counter thief. The shopping experience is horrendous. I’m glad yall are saving money but it comes at the customer experience cost.

Auto center is horribly ran by employees, they took forever for my oil change and last minute they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the filter, they didn’t even apologize for not checking before. Ridiculous.

My left arm on my Prescription glasses broke off .and the young lady that works in the vision center .Was really helpful and took the time to find me a new frame that my lens would fit right in. She knew what she was doing and popped my old lens in New Black frame and charged me A reasonable price..untill my next eye examine and new frames Thank you

Sports department, please do better. I shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes for assistance. And to every associate I asked for help, please do something other than say "oh I'm sorry, it's not my department". You have phones and walkie talkies. Show initiative! And when the help finally arrived, no apologies. No urgency. In fact the associate looked bothered to help.

Really...it's not bad except the vendors and stocking staff are terrible. Numerous things throughout my shopping experience there were badly expired. Lunchmeat...over 2 months expired. Bread....3 weeks. Chips....over a month. How does a store let that happen? Simple..no oversight directed by management. Never going here again. Dusgusting.
