Keelyn @ the Vision Center is awesome. Replaced my son’s frames, answered all of my questions, and solved a problem. I’m going to update the prescription for a pair of my son’s Oakley sport frames. Excellent Service from openly friendly staff. This location is similarly laid out to other San Antonio Walmart SuperCenterrs. No matter the interior layout, no matter the situations in the parking areas it is Staffing that makes any Walmart A Great Experience. ThanX to all Staff at the 5555 De Zavala Walmart, Peace ✌️ Brian Bruce It's the same even though many employees have gone the ones remaining and the newest, including the employee changes are all excellent help and make this Walmart like the others: A Great Place to Shop and Want Help. Walmart has really stepped up their clothing game over the years and they are putting out solid pieces that rival Nordstrom and other more expensive retailers. This location has an impressive amount of clothing on display in the store and it's usually pretty organized. However, this location does NOT want people to be able to try on the clothes. The dressing rooms are disgusting and unbelievably dirty with giant dust bunnies on the floor that could very easily be swept up. There are only 3 fitting rooms for the entire store (men's, kids and women's area). Finding someone to unlock the fitting rooms takes WAY too long. And then during busy hours, I have had to wait in a forty minute wait to use the dressing room. The employees that I have encountered in the clothing area on several different days have terrible customer service skills. They also did not open up the third handicap room even though it would have helped with the long line. I don't know why this area is so poorly managed when it seems like Walmart Corporate is really pushing the clothing. If the experience in the store is going to be unbearable and uncomfortable, I will not be shopping at this location anymore. I have driven to the Helotes and Leon Springs locations to avoid the unpleasant fitting room situation at this location.

My tires, all four, were low, so I stopped at this Walmart. I was greeted by two gentleman who assisted me. They checked my tire pressure and took care of the issue right away! Both were extremely nice and courteous!

Great service from the time I drove up. First assisted by Mike, he answered all my questions and got me on my way. Then at check out I was assisted by another gentleman, I apologize for not getting his name, he was an older man and very kind patient and we shared a few laughs. Thank you to the team for their kindness and timely service!
