Tiffany Erin 2 months agoThis is the second time we’ve ordered from the bakery for our son’s cake, they’ve nailed it again. Every time it’s been fresh, well decorated, & on time. Staff is always cheerful, & very kind. This is probably the best wal mart bakery in the area. I really appreciate yalls hard work for my sons special day. We will absolutely be back next year. Thank you!
Kieran Pike 3 months agoI recently purchased groceries from Walmart Thousand Oaks, and when I went to prepare breakfast the next morning, I discovered that the sausage I bought had been expired for a week. Unfortunately, this is now the third time I’ve purchased items from this location that were already past their expiration date. While I understand the importance of checking dates before purchasing, customers reasonably expect that food on store shelves is safe and within its sell-by date. I am very frustrated because this keeps happening—I’ve now had to throw away groceries multiple times due to expired items, which feels like a result of employees not consistently checking expiration dates or properly restocking shelves with fresh products. This has led to wasted money and food, and it’s very disappointing.
Martin S 8 months agoSo my review is all about the auto service center techs. They have to be the rudest. Most unfriendly guys around and they've been there a while because I've been coming here for the last 10 years. And it's basically the same guys, rude and not friendly at all. There is a female manager that is awesome, but I haven't seen her around in a while. But every single mechanic that's back there is not about customer service at all. I can't believe they actually still work here after all these years because they treat everyone the same. I try to converse with them but it seems like they are only there for a pay check and nothing more.
Thomas Schwennesen a month agoMy VA issued glasses required the lens frame screw to be replaced. I went to my closest Walmart, which was on Thousand Oaks. The eye shop took my glasses and quickly installed the missing tiny lens screw. The young man was very helpful in assisting me. This is one reason that makes me proud to be a Walmart shopper.
kburton1983 3 months agoI went to self checkout where I was watched ringing in my order including scanning my dogfood and I was still asked to show my receipt to 3 different security people. It was the second thing I rang in by scanner gun. I have stage 4 cancer and today was chemo day they send you home with a chemo fanny pack sending chemicals into your chest port so I couldn't lift the bag so I used the scanner gun. The self checkout attendant should have stickers to put on it to verify so you don't feel like a criminal. As an African American I felt very profiled. I thought they were going to stop and frisk me next. To make matters worse my register at self checkout was literally feet from the door which means I was asked to show my receipt like every step I took. The last security guard at the door at least helped put my groceries in the car for me. He was nice but unfortunately he will never see my black butt again. Instead of paying ten loss prevention employees per square foot of store maybe pay some human cashiers instead so we can negate the process entirely?
