Most of the people in here have great customer service. Except a few of the white ladies at the cash register. They definitely racial profile and are rude. The only one that’s not like this is in the makeup section she is always so very helpful. I went In yesterday and was polite to the cash register lady and I was giving her cash and she just looked at me like I was bothering her. I am half white but these ladies dont care they just stereotype based on how you look. I am also a retired Air Force veteran. So customer service to me is important. I’ll make sure to address this to the higher ups because this isn’t the first time, I noticed this lady act like this. She wears her long hair in ponytail and wears glasses.

Jay provided outstanding customer service during my visit. In addition to completing my oil change efficiently, he was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Walmart truly needs more team members like him. I will definitely return because of the great experience he provided.

This place is clean there is a large toy section and the employees are very helpful I had to move a couch to my car and they helped me load it in.

The people work as phone operator is lazy . They aren't pickup the phone I was calling. I was just literally forgot to take an item after I paid for, left the store got home and it was 10:55pm. A quick note to the next shift is not that hard. Hope manager look at this today is June 3rd, 2026 10:55 pm. 6 calls was made, they pickup and hang up.

This is an update and I hope that Walmart is listening... I'm not a fan of Walmart for many reasons but I am also very fair too. There is a young man working there by the name of JD...he was running the register and asked my son and me if we were ready to check out since we were walking in his direction...he was trained to do that as part of his job responsibilities and I greatly appreciate that. When I pushed my cart into his line, he walked around to my cart, took out his scan gun and immediately scanned all of the large items before anything else...he then went back to his register and proceeded to do a perfect job in how he handled the many items I had put on the conveyor belt. Without my asking him to be careful with the HotWheels cars I had bought (2 cars), he scanned them and then carefully handed them back to me (I collect HotWheels and usually have to ask they be handled carefully and it mostly goes ignored)... I didn't tell him what to do...he did his job so well that I didn't need to give him directives or guidance...he is one of the few good employees I have found at Walmart. Walmart...if you're listening, go back and check the video and watch how he does his job...promote JD and let him train others on how to be a valuable asset and not just a warm body in a Walmart vest. I assure you, I don't know JD other than by his name tag, but I will have a position open for him if he ever needs a job after or instead of Walmart. It is JD that caused me to change from one star to five stars...I'm being as fair as I can be on my review. Be fair and take a closer look at JD and invest in him...he's making Walmart look good and that's not an easy task. I sure wish that I could give negative stars for this horrible place. I would be the last person to steal from anyone...yet every time I need to stop here, they have several loss prevention team members (young kids 18 to 25) that stare at the few customers they have left like they're watching inmates. If this is their best effort to create an environment that customers will enjoy...wow. I shop here when HEB is not an option... Wal Mart is not a first option.
