I recently purchased a large-screen TV from Walmart, and I wanted to recognize the excellent service I received from the Electronics Department. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me compare different TV models and features. They took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I found the right TV for my needs and budget. The entire purchasing process was smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help. Great customer service can make all the difference, and the Electronics team went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Thank you to the Electronics Department for providing outstanding service. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely return for future electronics needs!

We like to go to the neighborhood walmart when we just need a grocery item or 2. We can quickly get whatever we need & check out. There is hardly ever an actual person checking you out, only self check out registers. But other than that it's painless. & the gas station is usually decently priced & they have diesel.

I’d like to recognize Walmart supervisors Roger Francis and Raul Villa for the exceptional customer service and support they provided. While working several hours away from San Antonio, I had an oil change done at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Edinburg, Texas. Unfortunately, the drain plug was damaged during the service and became stripped. Because of my busy work schedule, I wasn’t able to make the trip back to Edinburg to get the issue resolved. Roger and Raul were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They took the time to coordinate the repair at no cost to me and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive. Their professionalism, genuine concern, and dedication to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a much more manageable one. I sincerely appreciate everything Roger and Raul did to help me. Thank you both for your outstanding service and for going the extra mile to take care of your customers. Your efforts did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated.

Please stay on top of pricing all inventory correctly. There is no reason an item should have a $6 price tag and then ring up as $13 at checkout when the clothing has no tag showing that amount. Accurate pricing helps prevent customer frustration and confusion. Thank you ! ( this happened 3 times, every time I came to this location . I got told to get the Walmart app to double check ,and I will not get an Walmart app to double check their mistakes.

I truly love the employees at this location! 99% of the time we have positive interactions and helpful service. I come here all the time and luckily 😊 run into an employee named Angel almost everytime. She's always super helpful and friendly and just all around a beautiful VIBE!!! She is honestly the highlight of my shopping experience. Cuz you know... adulting and life-ing is draining sometimes. Anyways, I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves! Fantastic person to have on your staff! Thank you for being you Angel 🫶
