Good luck returning at this store. Their policies are different then other locations and they'll literally tell you which locations you can return at. I can only assume it has something to do with their numbers for corporate and they look better with less returns. Good luck with your purchase numbers as I'm done shopping at this location and if you keep treating your patrons poorly there will be others.

Sharon from the bakery was absolutely amazing probably the best customer service I’ve had in a few years. She was very patient and kind with me. She wasn’t rushing me at all as well as providing suggestions. It was just overall a great experience and I’m so glad to have met a woman like sharon Who loves her job and does it with a smile on her face

I went to this Walmart location a few days ago and had one of the worst in-store experiences I’ve had in a long time. I found a pair of women’s jeans on a rack clearly priced at $24.99. After trying them on and deciding to purchase them, I went to self-checkout only to see they rang up at the regular price of $30. I politely asked the employee overseeing self-checkout if the store could honor the displayed price since all of the jeans were placed on that rack. He checked with the leader in charge, and unfortunately, they refused to honor the price. The situation was handled poorly, and there was no effort made to resolve the issue or provide good customer service. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

This is not the closest Walmart to me, but today solidified why this is always worth the extra drive. I prefer this Walmart, because it is always clean, organized, and the people are friendly and helpful. Today, I was rushing and requested cash back...I ended up leaving the store without getting said cash back. In a panic, I started going through scenarios on how I was going to prove that I did in fact forget to get my money or if they would think I was trying to pull a scam...anxiety was getting the best of me. Customer service was patient and helpful, they reached out to Seth who was also professional and reviewed the tapes and gave me the money I forgot. From start to finish, my issue was resolved in 19 minutes. I truly appreciate the dedication, professionalism, and care of the staff at this Walmart.

Do not use the auto center! I had to go back 3times to get a simple flat fixed under the road hazard warranty. And two different locations. Took it to one location they said the lugnuts stripped and cant get it off without breaking it. Needed to buy a new bolt which they dont sell there. Each time i go the tech gets dumber and dumber the first one says they dont sell that tire no more, i bought it 3months ago! Isn't that the point of the warranty ?? I go to the next location and the guy asks so what do you want me to do about it? Put air or fix the flat? Common sense repair the flat with a patch? Very incompetent help at the auto dept HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING wal mart automotive. Walmart Auto is not reliable
