Remodel the store. Too bad you can't remodel the service. I'm waiting for the dressing room. I've had one person walking by, practically avoiding me. The next employee said she doesn't have a key. There's a button for assistance. Almost twenty minutes later, i've pressed it three times. AND NOTHING. Still here waiting :-/

Very disappointing. Came in to buy a car battery and have it installed. The guys working didn't want to do it since the battery is next to the wheel. Took it to the Walmart on Bandera and they were more than happy to take my business.

Couldnt find a dehumidifier thing. Saw one, arm and hammer brand but it was the only one left and looked preopened and taped shut and open on top. Then couldnt find any gardening seeds whatsoever. So i tried asking an associate, he said no. No attempt to look on the phone to check whats in stock (normally ive seen employees have some work app where they check where things are) or point me to where they normally are to check. Thought id ask a second employee since thats strange, usually walmart has seeds? She didnt respond. In fact, she walked away. She looked at me and walked away. I tried approaching again and asking again and waved in case she didnt hear me and she looked annoyed, made quick eye contact and continued walking away. Couldnt get her name from the nametag since she had walked off. All i remember is she was young, had a ponytail and a slender appearance. Never saw her again in the store as I was continuing my shopping. Also there was not the rice cooker i was looking for either. I tried asking a third associate and she tried helping me find seeds but couldnt find them either, she said normally there is a wall of seeds. She was nice at least. She seemed bit older (maybe 40s?) and shorter side with short hair. But without the items i was trying to find and some rude customer service, I left highly unsatisfied.

I visited Walmart Auto Care Center requesting a headlight bulb replacement (from yellow to white) along with headlight lens cleaning. The staff confirmed the service could be done, and I waited for nearly two hours. However, after all that time, they only cleaned the headlight lenses and did not replace the bulbs as requested. This is extremely disappointing. Not only was my time wasted, but I was also misled about the service being available. If the bulb replacement could not be performed, this should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. Lack of transparency and poor service like this is unacceptable. I expect better professionalism and respect for customers’ time.

I can always find the best clearance deals here. Store is always clean and organized. Nothing is ever out of place. There are always plenty of open registers with no line. The only downfall is the hill I have to climb walking up there.
